Incredibly frustrating

An incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with LC. This business appears to be a one-person show, and unfortunately, the owner is completely unreachable. Emails with basic questions are either ignored or never fully answered. When called on the spot, the owner prevaricates with standard excuses like, 'Oh sorry, I was just about to get in touch.' A friend's birthday was completely ruined because it proved impossible to get a straight answer to secure a booking for a chocolate-making workshop. The website hypes these classes up as 'highly sought after,' but in reality, the owner is just completely avoidant and unreliable for special occasions. Great chocolate means nothing if the customer service is non-existent.
