Whiskey Cast Purchase.
Once I had decided to make a purchase, I found the process very easy. Very helpful customer service.
I am editing this review :
I purchased 2 casks.
It took about 9 months to get the location and proof of ownership for 1 cask. Many emails / phone calls to get to that stage.
The second cask was even worse - nearly a year to get proof of ownership
London Cask Traders did not know where the cask was .........
I reseached and found the cask for them.
I found the overal customer support very lacking.
One is bombarded with phone calls and emails when they are trying to sell.
Different after the event - it is difficult to get a reply or a straight answer.

Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with, no pushy sales, I never felt pressured throughout the investment process with great communication. Clear information is offered with independent reports and press releases shared. I have dealt with other whisky traders but these guys are certainly the friendliest to deal with.

I was looking to invest money for my…
I was looking to invest money for my grandchildren and felt that savings bank and ISA interest rates were stagnant.
After carrying out some investigation I decided to invest in Casks of Whiskey.
I contacted London Cask Traders after viewing their website and began a conversation with Jack Gray at LCT. He was extremely knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the product. So I decided to go ahead.
Initially I purchased 6 casks and very quickly realised, with help from Jack that it was a sound investment and purchased a further 18. I have had the investment only a matter of a few months and my investment has seen a significant increase already.
I would strongly recommend London Cask Traders to anyone who is thinking about going down this investment route.
