Catering for bigger sizes and after sales excellent
Catering for bigger sizes e.g, size 14 & 15 and not being charged excessively for stylish brogues was was the main thing for me. I ordered a size 14 but these were too tight and I had to swap them for a Size 5 and the staff at London Brogues couldn't have been more helpful. The first shoes arrived in 2 days when they said they would and they swapped them over the next day with no fuss or drama. I wore the shoes for a full day last Friday and they were very comfortable, I would recommend them highly.

Before making my order I sent an email with questions about size chart but never got a reply.
I think they were a 1/2 size bigger. I bought for my boyfriend European 47,5 size 14 UK and they were bigger than he needed.
