We needed to source some water bottles for about 1200 employees....we knew what we didn't want, but we didn't know what we did want!!! They provided us with a number options, but not too many, as well as a couple of samples so we could test them out with our staff and see which was the best option for us.

The full process from start to finish was smooth and efficient. We were made to feel very welcome when visiting their office to talk through designs etc. and never felt any pressure to rush a decision. We received artwork proofs to approve before production started and then regular updates of how our order was progressing.
