The lol dolls desing for sirens with the lipstick, its cute and everything but the lipstick is very irritating for little Kids. My daughter says that its spicy on her lips so i tried it and infact it was spicy. Dont recomend buying if your kid has alergies anf delicate skin
the doll was okay but way to much packaging was used. My daughter was upset because doll costume was broken completely unfixable. Also disappointed glitter was falling of the doll.
I ordered multiple items (mostly 2 of each) for my 2 grand daughters. One of the items was refunded without consulting me, resulting in one missing or one surplus gift. These girls will not tolerate that one gets more that the other! Nor should they. The company should have alerted me to the fact that they were out of stock and given me the option to alter my order.
Also, the order was sent in two packages without consulting me. This results in higher cost for me since there is a flat processing fee at my end. So getting one order in many shipments is always going to be very expensive.
Alerting me to these deficiencies by email would have taken little time. And when I complained and asked for a refund, since I had only been notified of one partial shipment, they responded immediately. Except they would not do anything. I will not be ordering from this company again
