Disappointed, metal not as pictured. Can’t get charm holder open. Style is right, but looks (and was) cheap. Looking to return

Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed in the quality of two of my charms. The baseball glove and coffee cup look and feel very cheap. The blue heart is nice, but the other two don’t match the same level of quality.

The company is doing an amazing job with their jewelry. It was wonderful to get jewelry that looks beautiful and fits really well.

The charms are all so cute. The necklaces are sturdy and never tarnish. The rings are unique and I receive compliments on them every time I wear them or any of the jewelry really.

I love all the charm options and the chain is beautiful, comfortable, and sturdy. I ordered a chain and four charms. After putting it together, I found that three charms looks better. I am really happy with my purchase and shipping speed. Now I’m planning to order again to give as Christmas gifts for my daughter and son‘s girlfriend.

Love the jewelry. Love that it is stainless steel, so waterproof. Would love to see more earrings. Maybe hoops where you can add and change out charms to. Also the earrings that clip in to secure, would love to see them a bit stronger. I have a pair of hoops that one earring doesn’t always clip secure and sometimes slides by the snap in area and it bends the wire going in. I’ve had to try to bend it back and afraid that it may break at some point.
