They violated my legal right of return – unacceptable!Title:
I placed an order on Create Image LOL Official’s website (Order No: 7953). The product I received did not fit properly, so I contacted the company one day after delivery via both phone and email to request a return. However, they flatly refused to accept any return under any circumstances.
There was no visible notice during the purchase process stating that returns are not accepted. That information is only buried within a separate return policy page, which I had to actively search for. This is not only misleading, but also a clear violation of consumer protection laws, including Turkey’s Law No. 6502, which grants buyers the unconditional right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days.
After further research, I found that many other customers have experienced similar issues, which suggests a pattern of behavior. I have already submitted formal complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Board, CİMER, and the Ministry of Trade.
I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping from this site. Any company that systematically disregards basic consumer rights should be held accountable.
