SCAM ALERT! Lolo Beads is a total scam. I placed an order weeks ago, paid for it, and received nothing. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I was ignored, and the website’s ‘forgot password’ link doesn’t even work. After further research, I found they share an address with other businesses, raising even more suspicion. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and will continue to warn others. Stay away from this fraudulent site!
