Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!

The service was okay the woman was a little rude. But the cakes were terrible, I got a pack of 8 for £26 and they were so dry I have not had this problem before, I don’t know if it was just a bad batch or what but I was not happy with my order

Tried out the biggest cake this time!
As I love the Lola's cupcakes so much, I decided to order the biggest size cake for my birthday party. I ordered it online and collected it from Fulham Broadway where a friendly young lady served me. I picked the lemon and raspberry cake and kept it in the fridge for two days before the party. I took it out a couple of hours before eating it, as instructed.
I then served it to my 32 guests as pudding after my birthday meal. Every person ate it, everyone raved about it - how flavoursome and moist it was - the only problem was that there was not enough of it and no second helpings! So you really cannot go wrong with this cake which was totally demolished in a few seconds! But you probably need a bigger cake than you think because everyone likes it so much.

Looked better than it tasted
I've previously ordered vegan cakes from Lolas and they were lovely. Unfortunately this time the cake looked great, but it tasted of nothing but margarine, no lemon flavour; and the best bit was the raspberries on top. Hopefully just a one off, but for the price, that's not really ok. Delivery and ordering experience was all good.

Another delicious cake!
Another delicious cake for a 50th birthday celebration. We went with the fresh berry cake. We also managed to use our existing points, so we paid less for the cake.
