Great real estate brokerage. Great support, great fees and tons of agent programs to build your brand. I left my normal 70/30 split commission split and I am making so much more money with less stress!!

This company is exactly what I got into this industry for I wanted to be able to brand myself and run my business my way, but have the ability to reach out to management when needed and brainstorm with other agents and peers for new ideas. I wanted to have technology available but no mandatory sales meetings.
