It's a long story
It's a long story - with a lot of costs and no good outcome.
It took over month and continuous back and forth to figure out what to do. I was charged close to 300,- for 2 main labels in 3 different sizes.
After the product was delivered there were mistakes according to my printer company and I asked to fix. 0 result from there since I had "approved" the labels. One would expect that the designer would solve those basic issues from the start. The worst part is the complete unwillingness to work with the customer on a solution. Beware and stay away.
