The worst company when it comes to doing business with, the agents and customer service super disrespectful towards customers and never take responsibility for now and for filled order, I requested a full refund for doing business with this company I do not recommend them complete scam

First, before ordering my hats Richardson 112 I called and spoke with a manager asking just how long it would take as I had an event I needed them for on June 5th, 2021. They told me since it was 5 weeks away there would be no problem having them by then.
So I placed my order…. The proof was wrong and I had emailed the company telling them but the continued anyways. On May 24th I had contacted them again and spoke to a woman there, and she told me the would expedite shipping and it would be sent on May 26th. Again that wasn’t the case, and then came June 5th, the event I needed the hats for and had non. Come to today June 9th I finally got my hats and they are terrible. The worst quality I have seen ever. The logo is wrong and I’m out $375.
This company is an obvious scam and they care not about there costumers. I was planning on a long time relationship with them but they lost our business. They probably don’t care, but I want to warn others DO NOT USE it LOGOUP. Pay the extra $5-$10 per hat to get a good quality.
I USED TO love this website and service…
I used to love this website and service they provided. I've ordered shirts, hats, jackets in singles and bulk. Everything is good until Fedex loses a package and Logoup doesn't want to file a claim or do anything about it. I talked to Fedex, but since I wasn't the shipper they advised the shipper file a claim, which LU refused to do. Poor customer service has just lost them this customer.
The approval process is garbage
The approval process is garbage. It states type your reply above this line, so you do. Next day same email, then its a week of this dumb crap. Good luck trying to find the contact number to call them. Finally got sombody on the phone and sent me a link to approve. Then they started making the hats. So add talent a week of bs emails onto of your order time. Total time for 12 hats is 4 weeks. Yea, I could have bought a machine, learn to use it and do it myself in 4 weeks. Do your self a favor, don't use them.

Great design process. I loved the proof images. It makes a big difference when you can actually see the design live before receiving it.

Good product. Easy to do, set up, and reasonable response times for proofing.
Do not waste your time.
Do not waste your time with this company. They will make your products incorrectly despite you having to approve the proof. You’ll wait an absurdly long time to receive your incorrect product then they’ll want you to send it all back so they can take another 2 months to get you the new order. I gave them 3 try’s and every single time the order was wrong.
Inconsistent. 1 for 2... Not worth the risk.
These guys must think they are the only company who can do no minimum embroidery. I ordered 500$ worth of merchandise. Waited standard waiting period. UPS lost the merch and Logo up asked me to wait an additional 2 weeks (per protocol for investigation) before even starting to recreate my order.
Basically wether they found my gear or not I got screwed by these guys. And when I went o replace my order myself because they refused to do so for me when I disapproved of their policy they refused to recreate my order. Not done with them yet because they literally screwed me. Good work logo up.

Absolutely stunning amount of spam.
My initial visit to the website was fantastic. Although they trick you into only receiving a quote/estimate if you add something to your cart. Then they will spam you incessantly with “abandoned cart“ notifications. There is no way to unsubscribe from these notifications. I even tried contacting their support (yet again this morning), and I have received no response.
Honestly I don’t mind friendly “abandoned cart“ notifications, but when it gets to the point of spam… Unable to unsubscribe from them, it gets extremely annoying.
1/5 stars for spamming and support that ignores you.
Super Slow.........
Generally they have great products but they take forever to receive the product. I place an order on 7/28 and here we are at 9/2 and the order has still not shipped. I will start using other outlets even though I hate paying the set-up fee. This is entirely too long to wait for a product.

This company has slowly become horrible. It is now extremely overpriced charging as many fees and additional charges as they can think of and it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get an order done. Ordering small amounts is supposed to be a perk of this website but it takes longer than if you order large orders from anywhere else and by the time you get your FINAL price your paying way too much per item. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Read the other reviews. It’s all the same.
Order Not Received
Order not received. Placed order for facemasks on May 17, 2020. It's July 15, 2020. 59 days later and they haven't arrived. I contacted them through the website on July 8. I contacted with an email address on July 9. Sadly, I can't locate a phone number.
Not on confirmation email. Today, July 15, I went to website and the site is "Unavailable for Maintenance." I understand possible delays due to COVID, but would really appreciate a response to my inquiries about my order. NOT HAPPY. P.S. My friend recommended them to me because she loved her masks. So what is going on?
SIXTY TWO DAYS since my original order…
SIXTY TWO DAYS since my original order and still NO PRODUCT!! Logoup didn't waste any time taking payment. My first order was a complete mess. I sent items back to give them a chance to make things right. Over thirty days since I returned my order to be redone and I still have no product. Also, they were out of stock on my original shirts so.i had to order different shirts. No big deal except that the new shirts were cheaper. I have yet to see the difference reflected on my cc. I was offered NOTHING for the inconvenience. What a joke of a company!! Run far away from Logoup!
