the logo was nice, but the experience with every single person was horrible. pushy, arrogant​ and misleading constantly trying to sell you more and more and rude to you if you decline. I had to fight every step of the way just to get my logo which they make you pay for upfront before their "play hardball​" sales tactics begin. At one point I was ready to just lose the $120, count my losses and move on. Never again with this company.

It's been over 1 and a half years now and I'm still waiting for them to make a website for me I am totally disappointed with the attitude and the way they treat their customers their customer service is really poor I've paid them £5,000 pounds sterling and they keep messing you around the person you want to speak to is never there!! Scamm all the way it's time for them to either deliver there promise or all people who has faced the same issue come to gether and take legal action ASAP

I hired Logoscientists to design the logo for my start up and had a very good experience with them. They were very easy to work with and the logo's looked good! Definitely recommend these guys!

I will try to be as honest and thorough with my experience with Logo Scientist. To begin with I invested over 3000 dollars on logo scientist including 500 for a content writer. There service is extremely slow. I can send anyone who is thinking about using logo scientist the countless email where I am requesting updates and a response back. Because the staff takes so long, I decided I need to hire my own IT professional to run the site, So I email Ethan to wrap up the project even if its incomplete on their end, and I receive an email that I now have to pay 50% of what I paid to "re activate my account". I have no logo, and no website to show for all this time and money spent dealing with this company. If you have questions, I will be happy to discuss further with anyone thinking about hiring this company.

The logos they create are sick!!! They created a pretty cool logo for my start up travel basketball company.There turnaround rate is fantastic. I loved the logos they created the first time around and they did not need to complete any revisions. This is a great service and I highly recommend it.

Company was professional and diligent in getting me results. However, at several points throughout the process of creating the stationery design, I was given half hearted effort. But, I must say that my personal rep made sure to have the issue resolved and it was completed in a timely manner.

UPDATE - 14th NOV 2017

I have recently not been able to login to my WordPress to make changes that I originally paid for. A member of Logoscientist recently said that my website has been archived and that no one can access it.

Tonight I have been contacted by someone else saying that if I don't pay £275 for a ONE OFF PAYMENT then my website will probably go down, due to the new WordPress update.

It's blackmail and I will be contacting police.

Had a great experience with Logo Scientist designing my logos, delivered in a timely manner. Am surprised to read the comments here, customer service was great too.

Octalogo, OctaVideo, LogoScientist, Globelink Studios and more are all interconnected. These guys, well the buyer of the domains (Alex Walker) and other key players that are apart of this group, bought a domain called Animaterz.com. They took our logo, client list, website design, client testimonials, etc and used it. I found it because it was indexed by google. In a chat I asked if this was Demoflick (I’m co-founder), and I have a screenshot of them saying yes. We work with Fortune 500 companies and to showcase the work we’ve done for them as their own is hideous.

BEWARE. This conglomerate of companies is bad news and sadly they own over 100 domains.
