Horrible Company!
Horrible horrible company. Paid 300 dollars for an already designed logo to be digitized and animated. The first lot of "samples" I received were nothing close to what I wanted and they looked like a child had designed them. I requested a refund as per their website and was ignored. Waited another week only to receive 2 more samples that were almost identical to the first lot. Have been informed since that I am not entitled to a refund, because of their 'policy' and the fact they had sent out a second lot of sample, even though i hadnt requested a review, I had asked for a refund. I then requested a refund on the 150 i paid for animation which hadnt even been started yet and now im being ignored. So much for money back guarantee? So almost 3 weeks later, I'm out of pocket 300 dollars with absolutely nothing to show for it. Do yourself a favour, find a professional company to deal with.

Great & very prompt communication to …
Great & very prompt communication to start off with, when my design was finalised i was not able to open the zip file they sent me, neither was the zip program able to download on my Mac, got absolutely no response for a whole day now. The whole process cost me $150 and 10days.
Now i have to look elsewhere and spend more dollars.

Excellent Customer Service and Designs
I would certainly recommend this company to anyone wanting a Logo.
The communication was excellent, I received 4 designs and once I chose the one that complimented my company it was easy to add the final touches, nothing was too much trouble for them, even adjusting the logo twice.
I was dealt with by Allen his communication was alway pleasant and it was imperative for him that I was happy with my Logo before everything was finalised. Such a quick and smooth process, I cannot thank him and his team enough.

Overall I'm satisfied with the outcome of my logo.
The process however did take much longer than I anticipated and I was handed over to several members of the team without being advised why or what role the next person would play.
I found that I often had to ask the same question before I received a response both by email or phone.
The individuals were all very polite, though could pay more attention to the questions asked by their client before sending back what appeared to be a generic response.
The first person and final person I dealt with (Ray and Allen) were friendly and professional.
