The team provided great designs on three projects, logo, brochure and website, that bring a good foundation to my start-up. Change requests were usually done in a day and the sales rep/manager could be easily reached and was very responsive. The team kept offering alternative solutions as we were attempting payment integration. In the end I received products that are useful to me at a very affordable price.

Austin and Jim helped me with the redesign process of my website and did a very good job of communicating with me.

I was unsure how my business needs to be. Search on the internet found few companies, talk with all of them and finally selected Logoinn, after talking with Jim Morris. Very professional people's. They given me the best package with unlimited changes to revise the concept. The turnaround time is 1 buss day. When I received the samples I was amazed with the work.

I needed to have the logo I have done digitalized. I needed two versions in different formats. After explaining on the chat what I need, I was offered Unlimited Package (as on their website) and paid an extra amount as requested, to have the second version of the logo done. As clearly stated on the website this package includes stationery design (business card, letterhead, envelope, email footer).

After having my logo finalized (with just some minor issues along the way – like having to request the second version to be prepared) I was asked to give them feedback on Trustpilot and sent email asking if I need a website. When I called to ask what the next steps with stationary are, the gentleman I spoked to wasn't very polite and was quite defensive.

Considering that at this point they had two briefs with all the information they requested, the stationery design I received was a joke. I could not believe my eyes.
All ‘designs’ were very bottom heavy, with round elements instead of sharp ones (my preference was in the brief).
Letterhead and email signature were simply a result of copy and paste, and data entry – they did not even bother to format text.
Email signature was ‘designed’ vertically. (And it has not been changed to horizontal design even though I pointed it out several times.)
Elements I requested in brief were missing or placed elsewhere.
My logo on the front of the business card design was placed on such a dark background that it was hardly visible.
The envelope was designed as a return envelope I guess because my details were placed exactly in where you put addressee’s.
And this was delivered as final files with no option to revise and comment on the design.

These are kind of mistakes that a student can make, not a graphic design company advertising professional services and charging money for them. I offered to pay for logo and requested a refund for the stationery part but it was refused. They tried to correct the stationery a few more times but every time they were doing the same mistakes and we were just going back and forth with not much progress. I mean, if you request two specific words to appear in your email signature in handwriting, and three or four times they are not there and then, when they finally are, they are in bold not in handwriting, there are three options: they either do not read briefs, don’t understand them or don’t care.

Meantime I was told that the customized package that they “allowed me to have” does not include stationery and that stationery is always complimentary. It was presented as they are doing me a favor allowing me to have it. Well, they weren’t. It was offered initially on the chat and is also clearly stated on their website as included in the package (which they pasted into the pre-sales chat conversation). They also made a comment that I “believe” that some changes have not been done.
I could go on and on with examples of poor performance...

Summing up:
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional on every level, unable to carry out their services up to the advertised professional standard. They overpromise and underdeliver. Sadly, it was a huge disappointment and complete waste of my time and money.

I went on there today because I lost my files from when they were sent to me back in 2015. The customer service agent was able to get my files back, though they were deleted from their server after 3 years. I am so happy that now I can continue with my business thanks to the help of Jim.

I had excellent experience working with Loginn. These guys are amazing in providing customer service and complete my website project on time. I recommend you this company if you looking for quality designing service on time with 24 hours customer service support.

I decided to go with LogoInn but it was the worse decision ever made in business. It took them 9 months to complete a website but i was told it would only take 4 weeks. I provided them with a full descriptive brief, with website examples, and themes, headings etc. There is no such thing as a design team at LogoInn. My husband and I after 3 months in to waiting for the website I had to take time to design each page ourselves and pass it on to them to create even, within our busy work/family schedule (I wish I could attach proof of this for you to see). I could of save so much money and time creating the website myself on a website platform. I asked for a refund 5 months into it, and they said no even though they had not provided me with a product. No one should ever have to wait 9 months for a website, this affected my business launch date and I lost business as a result of the finishing date. I would NEVER EVER go with Logo Inn again, it was false advertising and I have learnt a big lesson. In the end i decided pay more money to use another professional to do an amazing website from start to finish in 4 weeks. Honestly, worst experience ever. Do not use!
