UPDATE: I still have not heard from them, but I am raising my rating from one (1) star up to (3) stars. The reason is, I logged back into my account and scrapped the logo I had designed 2 days ago. I was then able to design a new one, albeit without the use of the icons which I still can't use. I was able, over a long period of time, to redesign the logo and come up with something that I like much better than the first one. I was able to again download the many files that come with it. So, despite the fact that they never contacted me, I am pleased I was able to get a great looking logo for a very reasonable price. If they contact me in the future, I will give them (5) stars.

I purchased their logo maker option to design a logo for my company. The software was very easy to use, there were lots of options available, and from what I had seen on their competitors websites, they had better looking options. I made sure I read all of their documentation carefully as to not make a bad purchase. It all seemed pretty straight forward, especially because it said that after buying a logo, you can make as many revisions to it as you'd like, forever! OK, I thought.

So I created a logo using their software except for one important factor, I never used any of their logo options. I ended up just creating a plain text logo where I overlapped some letters to create a shape.

No problem, I paid and they let me download lots of different images for every medium and I was very happy.

A couple of days later, I decided that maybe I did need to add an icon to my logo and so I logged back into my account to make the revision and found out that you can no longer access the icon directory after you have paid. So all you can do is revise your logo with whatever elements were present on your final logo choice.

This did not sit well with me so I tried contacting them three times in the 2 days immediately following my purchase asking them to work with me since I can only use one logo for my company and the one I created I no longer want.

I am still waiting for a reply. I have a feeling I will never hear from them again. They even ask you to contact them and leave your contact info and that they will get back to you, but so far... nothing.

It's not like I am trying to rip them off. I only have one company, so I only need one logo. If I can't use the one I have, than I think I should be able to revise it like they said I could.

If I don't hear from them, then I will never recommend them to anyone, which would be a shame, because they offered a good service for the money.

One last thing about the charges... they advertise the logo at around $24 and they say they have additional options available at a higher cost, but when you make the purchase they just add ALL of the options in without your knowledge and charge you $54.00! Kind of deceitful if you ask me.

We have tried for years to update our logo. Everything we chose was too similar to someone else's. Local companies were old school using outdated logos. Found logogenie online and literally within an hour had a design that our owner liked and he emailed back 5 thumbs up and said Finally. The website lists an Exclusive Option that is supposed to be available on the checkout page. The option doesn't show up and the company doesn't respond to emails and the chat option is ALWAYS offline. There is no phone number.

Excellence online logo design service. I tried many logo makers and logogenie.net definitely the best of the best! I wasn’t sure that I was able to design the logo myself but their tools are so easy to use, it only took me about 10 minutes and I had all my format I need. I would definitely recommend logogenie.net to any business owner looking for the best options.

This company sure as a lot of logos ideas. Special for clients who don’t have experience on designing a logo. But due to a poor communication. It feels unsafe to purchase the logo. I my self I have edited good numbers of logo and they are saved on the website. I have sent about 3 to 4 emails to the company, requesting a information To when I will get the logo and the extras after the payment it’s done. Until today the company hasn’t reverted to me.

It is very easy to use and the UI is easy to understand and use recommend this website.

Update: Changed from 1 to 5 stars. Antoine RIEUL, support at logogenie.fr got back to me and made my files available so I could download them. Turns out it was MY mistake and not there's. I had multiple logo's created and I had deleted the one I paid for - so, of course, it wouldn't download. It may have taken them a few days to respond but once they did they corrected my error.

Original Experience: Took my money but when I click on the "download now" button found on receipt I get taken to a blank web page. Emailed support but no response. I DO NOT recommend!

I have tried other logo creators, but this one beats them all, a very large selection of different designs to choose from. Very easy to alter to get exactly what you were looking for and the download package (if you decide to get it) contains all the different logos to use from business cards to facebook logos each in their own folder.

Awesome, simple, very user-friendly, tons of options, easy way to come up with something really creative that is original. Many ways to individualize a unique logo. Very reasonably priced, Got the zip file with all the formats organized by type.

I have been trying to contact their customer service dept. for 2 days through email with no response. They also don't have a phone number to try and reach them either. Their credit card system is not working even though I tried 4 cards and verified with my bank that they are all active with lot's of limit. I will start from scratch and design a new logo with another company. We will see how long it takes to respond to this review.

Found Logogenie, worked really well to design my logo and could download vector files. The big minus is that it doesn't work from a mobile phone but it's really cool.

This site is really one of the easiest of it's kind. you can design a logo for yourself in around 5-10mins and the result is really high quality. i bought a logo on logogenie.net a few weeks ago, the logo package is great and includes high resolution files along with vecotr, social network, balck and white formats. A really no-brainer I highly recommend it to entrepreneurs interested in designing their logo themselves

Logo genie.net did not provide the vector file format I paid for. Very slow and poor communication from customer service. I was told that they were having server issues and that I'd be advised when my vector format was ready to download. Weeks later... still nothing, yet the site will gladly allow you to start creating a new logo and will take your credit card. Beware!!! I would not recommend this service to anyone!
