Awesome Logo. To be honest I had no idea what I was looking for. I have no design experience or even a creative mind when it comes to the kind of work I was looking for. I just know our baseball league needed a new look. I contacted Logo Design Marvel, slightly hesitate because of some of the negative reviews, but am I glad I contacted them. I was truly surprised by the design choices they came up with. I gave them a few things that our community was known for and they did the rest. Better than I expected. They communicated very well. Sometimes I took a couple of days to respond to which they were very understanding. They responded quickly. I feel as long as you respond to them, you'll be happy with their workmanship.

Still owe me a 45 second video. They never made it, wont refund me, and blames me for them not finishing it! They want $150 to finish even though i paid them in full to start. Buyer beware.

Did not like the logos that were designed. Since I did not ask for a redesign, I asked for my money returned. Since there is a money back guarantee. Well it has been over 3 months and Jason Vaughn never returns emails or is helpful in my refund. Still waiting for Jason or anyone from Logo Design Marvel to respond

My nightmare continues with this company. Their website promises 100% Money Back Guarantee, but this is an outright lie. They will not reimburse but will only offer additional services for compensation. Unfortunately, when you've had a nightmare of an experience and their efforts to resolve have been inadequate, I'm not interested in deepening our relationship or getting additional services from you.

It's looking more and more like we will have to file a dispute with our credit card company for reimbursement.

Do not use this company - the professionalism and competency is seriously lacking, and they will never take ownership for errors they made.
