Total SCAM company

Total SCAM company. Charged me for logo work. No problem there. I liked and approved the logo. Paid $250 for logo and stationary ( stationary, envelopes and business cards). Then they made me pay $399, saying I couldn't use the logo without paying that additional fee. They wouldn't release the logo's to me without paying the fee. Now a month later, after complaining about the fee, they tell me it was an optional fee!!. I only received my business cards .....NO STATIONARY. They are now refusing to send the stationary ( I have the emails and approved designs from them approving the stationary) and of course refusing to refund the OPTIONAL $399 fee, saying it was a state fee. Receipt shows the fee was paid to them, not the state. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Logo Aspire 'IS A TOTAL SCAM' Company

Logo Aspire failed to deliver the product I contracted to receive. They copied and plagiarized work from other websites (a practice they state in their own ‘Service Agreement’ they don't do) where they write: “Plagiarism. Company agrees that the entire Project created for the Client will be his/her own unique work and will not be borrowed from any other copyrighted work”. Yet beyond plagiarizing material that had nothing to do with my business, nor did any of the copy they wrote, their work was so poor and off base it ended with me doing all the work myself. BTW, plagiarism is a crime.

After 6 months of back and forth, I finally asked for my money back, which they refused to give me. Fortunately, there is an exhaustive paper trail documenting their plagiarism, incompetence, and lack of focus. And because this extensive paper trail exists, my bank was able to help me recover the $399.00 Logo Aspire tried to fleece from me.

In retaliation, Logo Aspire changed the login and password credentials to my Facebook account. In doing this they have taken control over my Facebook account/page - a Facebook account that contains my proprietary intellectual property rights. Now, Logo Aspire refuses to give me the login and password credentials to my Facebook account unless I pay them $550.00. This is called a ‘shakedown’, a swindle or act of extortion and it is illegal! Stealing intellectual property rights is punishable by fines and federal imprisonment.

At present, I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General Office/Consumer Protection, have notified the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Facebook. I'm currently in the process of filing complaints with the FBI Anti-Piracy Unit, Homeland Security Investigations, and the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center (IPR Center). Following these filings, my attorney will be filing a lawsuit. Logo Aspire is a TOTAL SCAM COMPANY and you would be well advised to stay far away from them as you can!

ALERT

ALERT, ALERT!!
I pretty much almost never wrote reviews, and if I do they are always positive. Not this time. This company is a total scam. For over a year now and about $2,000 in, I have no website currently. The only thing this people do is to ask for money, nothing else. Please, do not fall into this trap. Probably all of their good reviews are completely fake.
As far as the a 100% satisfaction, a total lie! The moment I requested a refund, they ghost me. No replay to my email. But they are mistaken if they think they can just walk away. I will not only report them at the BBB, but will start a legal actions against them!
Stay, FAR, FAR away from this scammers!!!

I have concern about upsell

I have concern about upsell - bait and switch. Looked up whois logo aspire and you get a Wyoming LLC that was started by a Texas LLC that ties to a Florida address 3791 Nw 78th Ave. Apt 13 Hollywood FL 33024. Seems like a blurred trail to hide real operators. You get sample logo for cheap but pressured to have their "legal" team file the Trademark for only the cost of the fees. Yea.

Intially when I called them I just…

Intially when I called them I just wanted a Logo that was it. On their website it said it was a discounted price, there was some other fee I paid that fine what ever. All I wanted was just a logo that was it. They gave me a good logo i like it alot, then i picked a logo i liked and they still havent to this day give me the Logo without their Own logo covering it. They were very pushy about me getting me website off the ground which i said I would think about. They kept saying I need a website blah blah. Then they called me just on the logo and told me I need to pay $700 dollars for the rights to the logo. I could care less about the rights because i didnt even have a business and they want your money on spot. They call and email me all the time and they basically stole $200 from me because I NEVER EVEN GOT MY LOGO.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. I’ve been working with them for 3 months on website design. I keep giving the same feedback and they do not make the suggested changes. They rush through a task to give you a product in 24 hours that’s entirely not what you want or asked for. After giving the same feedback over and over again as well as giving multiple sample websites, I decided that they were just not capable of designing a website to my liking. Their 100% money back gaurantee is a scam. Once you express your frustration and desire to just get your money back, they stop communicating with you.

Additionally they charged me $850 for hosting a website they couldn’t even design, refused to give me an invoice, and refuse to give me my money back even though they are not hosting the website.

In addition to the company not having the website design expertise they claim, not giving your money back, and scamming you out of additional money, they are also rude on the phone and very unprofessional over email. All in all they are very difficult to work it.

It’s a scam from all angles. Stay far away.

5 Stars for Eric Nelson

Eric Nelson worked with me to create an awesome logo for my startup. Eric kept in communication with me throughout the process offering me many options and opportunities to make changes. I would highly suggest working with Logo Aspire to create your logo. Eric also offered great pricing for website creation and business cards.

Predators, Gaslighters and SCAM

Mike Sam and Bruce are GASLIGHTERS. Mike was rude. promised full refund. After requesting before any services were rendered they ghosted me. No services no refund. Stated services would be a little less than $400 upfront. Then after said there would be additional cost of $1100. If you give them a chance they will roll you for double, triple what you paid at first. Then act like you’re the problem. They’ve stolen a lot of money. Nasty, manipulative, pushy, bullies, deceptive, scam artists. Speak awful English. Check their google reviews they have 1 star. Many positive reviews are very likely fake, much like their company and services. These people are predators and need to be held accountable for their theft. Their vile practices will bring curses upon themselves.

I have been working with Jerry, Sam and Mike for the past two months! Although, I am happy with the logo design and my business cards, I am very disappointed that the resolution for my email signature still has not been resolved. I’ve sent emails and text messages and voice mails!
