Utterly outrageous customer service. No-one calls, no-one writes, no-one cares. Funds taken from my account after subscription cancelled. No communication whatsoever with anyone from LOGMYCARE. Pricing structure is incredibly difficult to understand. You cannot speak with anyone on the phone, emails are ignored and remain unanswered. TERRIBLE.
New to the company and got over charged. Got sent an invoice after I had cancelled my subscription. Invoice did not even explain what charges were for and after sending them like 10 emails complaining and reporting them to my bank I eventually got it refunded. There was no clear complaints policy or a named department to deal with my queries. Was told emails were being forwarded to Billings or simply ignored. Tried to communicate with someone called Adam who too ignored my emails. Their app is good but personal communication and customer care very poor.
