Great service, easy set up and understand, when ever I needed help the team was there with clear and helpful answers. I must stress how helpful Tilly was during my setup and helped me with login problems, setting up sub users and teaching me how to setup scheduled tasks. Tilly went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't be happier with my experience at logic servers. 100%

But that's not the reason I chose to write a review. Mouseymars and the team are available around the clock for questions or tech issues and are SUPER QUICK to solve any problem. If there is ever a wider issue, including those beyond their control, the entire team provides live updates via their Discord server.

The whole team, Mouseymars included, are active in the Discord server to socialise and many of them play on their client's servers as well.

LogicServers also has ongoing relationships with many creators in the gaming arena, and have often provided sponsored servers for those gamers AND their communities.

I have found them friendly, helpful, honest, and quick to respond to any question I might have, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Replied to my support ticket within 4 minutes. i was asking to change an existing server over to a new game and this was complted with 20 minutes. always a good expiriance with LogicServers

The Logicserver support is just great, within 30 min I always had an answer! They helped to build a whole server network and helped me a lot!

I have been with LogicServers for a year now and will continue to use their services. We have created an incredibly successful Rust Server with the help from their Support Team, they are incredible staff who are quick to respond and go above and beyond to sort any issue I might have. I highly recommend them.

playing on this server provider has been a good experience and the customer service provided is one of the best compared to other server providers. I had trouble with installing modpacks for my server and people especially Allan Harper has helped me many times during the time i have used logic servers

Swapped my server from a 7 Days to Die to a Minecraft Server, aiming for a specific mod not on their list. They moved my server location closer to my physical location, assisted with upgrading it to the size I wanted, then A. Harper spent the better part of two days troubleshooting issues with installing and running the specific mod I wanted, which was not part of their mod list, including specific forge versions, mod mismatches, and hammering out update issues until it worked. Any other company would have washed their hands of the issue, but they went way beyond what I would have considered even a decent effort until I was up and running. That type of customer service alone would be worth getting a server from them, but the fact that its stable, good latency, multiple server locations to choose from, modular in upgrading memory if necessary, and you can swap between games, as well as mods for specific games, makes it all the more worth it.

Fantastic servers with quick replies from support who go above and beyond in their help

We were experiencing a version conflict after an update, which resulted in a possibility of losing 30hrs+ of work. Allan provided outstanding support and very quickly resolved the problem, but also saved our data. Awesome result!!

Great staff, fast respond to issue

Unrepresented support. We moved servers due to lack of support and LogicServers, day 1 showed us unrealistic support speed and levels, including helping us move from our old host to them, starting up games they did not currently host, and above that all, even intergrade bots we had for some of our games... Even fixing them a bit while doing so.

BIG shout-out to Khurune who has spent countless hours on-job and their private time to get us rolling.

I purchased a bedrock server yesturday for my friends and I. And obviously had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help to get everything set up and running correctly. Luckily the guys were more than happy to answer all my silly little questions and to help resolve the issues in any way possible. Explaining things in a clear way that not only fixed the problem but also helped me to learn myself. Once again. Thank you so much to Allan Harper and Sarah for your patience and all your help. It is greatly appreciated:)

I submitted a ticket to get some questions answered. Duncan responded to my ticket & is very helpful. We have a lot of questions & we are still working on them.
I do recommend them because of their prompt response time to a new customer inquires.

I would like to just give credit to James Johnson (Shodan) for the amazing support he gave me for setting up atlas! There is no knowledge base yet as i know your working on one but he did an excellent job walking me thru it all and working his other tickets. I could see him writing the knowledgebase for settin up atlas as he is very percise about the setup. He has also helped me with alot of other server questions including my ARK servers. Thank You James i feel you have gone above and beyond!, and all the team also
