Logic Design directors know no bounds when it comes to protecting their flawed reputation.

It seems efforts to cover up unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour know no bounds at Logic Design, including involving the police, who advised me I had done absolutely nothing wrong!
Such is my concern over this unreasonable action however that I am once again focused on continuing to highlight my experiences with Logic Design, through alternative sources, in the hope that I can offer a more accurate review of their services and culture than I was initially provided with. This in the continued absence of a suitable resolution...and no, a refund of less than £100 against a payment of over £5000 is not a suitable resolution in the circumstances.

Hi Diana,

We’re sorry to have received your review.

We are aware of five points raised in communications previously. In the meeting with you last year we understood that each had been resolved in 2016 and that a suitable resolution to each point had been provided.

As discussed in the meeting, you requested changes to your website that were quoted for by a member of our team. At the time you had agreed to the quote and paid for the work to be completed. On reflection, you felt this work should not have been charged for, we subsequently sent you a cheque for £100 as a refund however this was returned to us in the post shortly after.

We are happy to discuss this directly with you, a member of the team will be in-touch today.

We really enjoyed working with logic …

We really enjoyed working with logic design on our first website and so have commissioned a second project with the team. Their professional and patient approach really helped us build a website that we are proud of.

We'd highly recommend them...
