Customer service number one! Simple and efficient service!

Good product. Good price. Great bonus package. However, the delivery experience was less than desirable, as the company didn’t call to be let into the building and I had to find my package which was not easy and then drive to pick it up and struggle it into the building.

Extremely helpful and supportive customer service by both phone and email. Emails were read and responded to within two hours of each post. Replacement mattress was delivered very fast as well as scheduled pick up of old one. Very happy with the new mattress and sheet set bundle included. I would highly recommend Logan & Cove bed in a box. This is the way to go!

I did quite a bit of research before I finally settled on buying a box mattress from Logan & Cove, and I'm happy to say that I'm very, very happy with my purchase. The website is easy to use and purchase through, and the bundle deals were better than comparable deals on other box mattress online stores. The mattress came very fast, even faster than the bedsheets and mattress protector themselves, so I had to wait for those. But once they came, set up was easy and I was able to lay on my new mattress. It's extremely soft and immediately my sleep improved. They even send you periodic emails to remind you to turn the mattress to keep it nice and even!
Excellent product, excellent price, and excellent customer service. I am extremely happy.

The pinnacle hybrid mattress is very comfortable and supportive. I was worried that it wasn’t going to be able to provide the right amount of support for my back issues but it has been great from day one. Moving up to a king size was also very nice!

Their assistance with selecting the mattress that was right for me was helpful. They didn't just push me to the most expensive option.

Logan &Cove treated us with customer service not typically experienced these days. We had an issue that wasn't really the fault of the mattress and they replaced it anyway. Unbelievable!

Service is great with Logan and Cove. The reason for the 4 stars is because it takes several days to hear back each time, which is a little time consuming and not always ideal.

Delivery was easy, bed set-up was not difficult with the easy to handle mattress. We are very happy with mattress. Sleeping so much better.

Great mattress

DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a Full/Double Frontier Mattess Size mattress, listed at 53” wide on their website. When the mattress arrived, it was clearly a Twin Size Mattress (measured at 38”,size also listed on their website).

I called their help line to arrange an exchange or return. The lady on the phone attempted to coerce me to “open the mattress” from its packaging, even though their return policy clearly states that if the mattress is opened, it cannot be returned for a refund for more than a month, even though my measuring tape and two eyes and a brain can tell the difference between a Full Size Mattress and a Twin.

She was completely rude and unprofessional, and attempted to gaslight me into believing that what I received was actually “a full size mattress”.

This is embarrassing and unprofessional conduct, will NEVER order from them again and nor should you.

My purchase was seamless.
The product arrived in a timely manner as promised.
My mattress is offering a restful sleep. It's sturdy and very comfortable. We love it!

Mattress delivered on time. All as described. It was a bit of challenge to get it upstairs due to weight. The fact it comes in the box made life easier than struggling with full size mattress.

The mattress was delivered with expedience - I was truly impressed - unfortunately it arrived and upon opening it up, we realized something had gone awry - and the mattress was ripped at the bottom - contacted Customer Service - incredible Service - a new mattress was sent - the old mattress picked up and taken away - all within less than a week. Amazing Service - Logan & Cover - are an incredible company that stand behind their products. A good Burp.

The Pinnacle Mattress is very comfortable, shipping was fast, 365 trial period & 15 year warranty is good as well.
