not the best
Stayed at Loews aventura hotel.
Not a great experience last year when we went, reached out to the team and was basically ignored.
Wouldn’t recommend.

The Loews brand typically has ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service and rooms but not the one located in St. Louis, MO.
We were on the 8th floor with a nice view BUT we stayed in a room that had a broke chair, dirty shower, and had a toliet handle you had to shake every 2nd or 3rd flush for it to work. Could of overlooked other two if room was clean. The solutions weren't solutions, and the manager Lauren lacked the necessary skills to help, comp drinks are not a solution and were declined.
I used to stay at this hotel when I went to Minneapolis. However, I will not be staying there going forward. They didn’t have a minibar in the room so I got really thirsty at night and had to go to the gym to get water. This just seems like something a quality hotel should have. Then I think I was double charged for the room one night (due to both the aggregator website and the hotel billing me). I tried to call them to get to the bottom of the issue and they literally do not answer the phone. I was on hold for an hour and they just never answered. So not really sure how to resolve that issue. Really shocking customer service, which is sad because it used to be a really good hotel.
Always great service and amazing stays at Universal Orlando RPR and Hard Rock.
2020 trip cancelled due to COVID19 but room refunded immediately.
We stayed at the Hollywood CA location and it was located perfectly to access Walk of Fame, wax museum. and many other things! It was very nice, service was excellent. check-in & check-out went smoothly! Highly recommend!
The staff are great. But the place doesn’t deserve four stars. The door for the minibar couldn’t close so the soda wasn’t cold. I took a juice and it tasted weird.. it was two month too old so they got me a new one. the next day I took an Icetea.. it tasted weird to.. found out it was too old too.. the breakfast are not very impressive - whatever you order it’s dry.. the eggs, the bread - even the tomatoes are dry. I ordered a steak and got pulled beef - apparently that’s a steak here. It reminds me of a two-star hotel I went to three years ago in Miami.
We stayed i the Loews royal pacific hotel in Universal Orlando from 12/05/2017 for 11 nights the hotel and staff were fantastic .We have already booked for next year
