Scammy dishonest company

Horrible, scam company. Ordered boots using their sizing suggestion and am unable to wear them. They are an entire size too small and do not run TTS. Customer service refused to even respond to my emails about returning or exchanging them. Wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing.

Products look good but fall apart

Products look good but fall apart. Two pairs of leather flats have completely fallen apart after 2-3 months of wearing maybe once a week to my office job. I reached out to LF for help on how to restore and protect for the future, and they refused to help. Definitely not worth the hefty price tags.

Loeffler Randall is an arrogant and entitled company and has extremely poor customer service and zero empathy to loyal customers

Loeffler Randall has extremely poor customer service. I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my mother for Christmas. They did not fit, so I exchanged them within the correct time frame to let her try another size. My mother and I do not live in the same city, so she was not able to try the new size on until she came back to visit. The new size unfortunately did not fit either, but they would not let me return them, exchange them, nor would they let me get a store credit for them. I tried to explain that due to their return policy, it was almost impossible given our situation, to return the first pair and receive the new and have her in town to try them on all within their very short window allotted for returns. So, now I am stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that fit neither my mother nor myself. I love their shoes, and I own at least 10 pairs myself ranging from sandals, heels, bow heels, and their boots. But I will not be purchasing again purely based on their pompous and arrogant customer service representatives who have zero lack of empathy for their loyal customers. Could not be more disappointed in a shoe company. They represent the definition of entitlement.

Terrible service - inconsistent product

I wish I had come to Trust Pilot before buying from Loeffler Randall. I recently purchased a final sale item directly from the company. Understanding the T's and C's of a final sale I did everything I could to ensure I wouldn't need to return the item. I paid attention to their recommendation suggesting people size up (why wouldn't you just label the shoe correctly?!). Then I purchase almost identical shoes from a company that allowed returns to test the size. Once I was confident the size would be correct I purchased. They were a size to a size and a half different from their other product.
When I wrote to them about this they were unsympathetic and hid behind their T;s and Cs. Given the vast difference and the poor advice I would have thought they would at least allow be to exchange at my own cost. But they didn't even allow that. I had thought this was a higher end brand and would act accordingly but I would absolutely not purchase from them again.

I bought my Granddaughter a pair of…

I bought my Granddaughter a pair of shoes for Christmas which did not fit. I emailed Loeffler Randall on 12-28-24 for a return label and received an automated email that the company was out on a snow vacation until 1-8-25. When i finally received a response, it was “ no exchanges or refunds 14 day after purchase “. I explained this was a Christmas gift & it would be just about impossible to time buying and receiving in time for Christmas in order to make their return deadline? Every retailer I bought from had an extended holiday return policy. After 3 emails, the answer was still refusal to exchange or refund. In addition to this issue, when I originally received the shoes they were damaged ( the box was totally crushed). The process the company put me through to return for another pair was time consuming and ridiculous! I will never buy from Loeffler Randall again! Their customer service is obviously trained to just get the sale done and they know nothing about respect or customer service. They are rude and have a disrespectful attitude. Wish I knew how to communicate to the owners. Not sure if this company is publicly traded? My purchase was $350.

$400 shoes broken after 1 season

Last fall I bought a pair of Loeffler Randall's Blakley Boots ($395) and when the zipper broke after ONE season of wear - they told me they couldn't offer me anything (like a repair from a cobbler, etc.). I'd never expect this gesture for any old shoe, but when you're paying an arm and a leg, this kind of thoughtfulness is expected. It also makes for a repeat, longtime customer who can believe in a brand and their products. Unfortunately they have lost a customer due to this response.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Don’t be duped by deep discounted prices for this merchandise-especially if it’s a final sale. This usually means that the product is defective. I ordered a pair of shoes in the size that I always order from Loeffler Randall (Paige loafer 9 1/2). The shoes were a whole size too short and there is no measurement or sizing guide on the website-nor was there a disclaimer that the runs small on the site. Customer service is the worst!!!!! When I explained that the sizing was way off- they pointed to their final sale-no returns, refunds, or credit. But they did suggest that I pay extra for a cobbler to stretch the shoes and no other remedy. Loeffler Randall should state on their website if shoes run small or large. Also, post a measurements and sizing guide like most modern day merchants and stop hiding their merchandise defects behind the “Final Sale” moniker. This is deceptive.

Avoid!!!

Avoid!!!
Shockingly bad business practices.
I ordered a pair of shoes and bag that did not match the dress.
I had to pay to ship the items back which cost £70.
The eventual refund, which was supposed to be in 5 days per their TCs on the website took 10 days to action. When I flagged this they merely lengthened the length of time on their website, so altered the TCs of the original contract.
The refund had 100 USD subtracted for “duties” and was opaque to say the least.
When I pointed this out, their response was that I would be banned from buying again…
As though I would want anything to do with them again!!!
No integrity.
Let’s see what Barclaycard say.
