What scum bags

What scum bags. They agreed to do a refund of the sweaters that stank like damp sweat shop! I paid to send them back and then they declined the package in china and it came back to me. Such a joke. I have contacted Amex.

Plastic “leather” boots

This company calls itself Laurie London, Loecko London and other names I’ve seen on Instagram,
all with the intention of misleading the consumer.
The “leather, wool-lined” “Swiss” made boots were thin plastic and smelled of chemicals.
I refused to return the boots to China for a refund and instead took it up with my credit card company for a charge back under “the consumer protection from unfair trading regulations of the advertising standards authority UK (ASA)” i.e. fraudulent advertising.
After a long struggle, I got my money back.

Avoid this company!

Sham company; buyer beware

The products in no way resemble the product advertised. The advertising is actually copied from genuine sites and their products poor imitations. I ordered outdoor leather, lined boots and received slipper shoes in synthetic materials. Arrived late from China not London. Refused to accept the delivery when returned to them to China, despite following all the return instructions and paying to courier the return. Offered a 20% refund which never appeared. Because Loecko refused to accept the delivered package, i was also charged for the return to the UK. Absolutely disgusting sham company. I learned an expensive lesson... and if I could give zero stars. I would. AVOID!

Avoid! Scammers

These people are scammers. The clothing quality is appalling and made in China. I contacted them to return the clothing, which was falsely advertised as made in the UK by a family company, they tried to dissuade me from doing so, then eventually gave detailed instructions about the return, which I followed to the letter. Now the parcel has been refused by their warehouse and sent back to me. No response from their 'customer service'.

What an absolute joke

What an absolute of a company. You’ll get the goods but will be expected to return goods to China at a massive cost and when you want a refund you’ll only get 50% back if you battle for it! Then you won’t see a refund, if you’re lucky to get a reply by email they say it’s been refunded but not even showing in my account 2 months after request sent. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY IF THRUR FAKE SHOPS BASED SUPPOSEDLY IN LONDON 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

SCAM retailer. Do not purchase from them

The goods on this site are not as advertised. They intentionally keep the return address vague and initially offer 60% refund siting all sorts of reasons. Don't be put off, insist on their processes being wrong and fraudulent and threaten to report them to trading standards etc if necessary. Persevere and you will get your 100% refund. Its a shame I and others didn't see the reviews before purchasing from them.

Total scam

It’s a pity I didn’t see these reviews before. I did order what I thought to be a really nice pair of boots (cosy, comfy, great quality), supposedly handmade in London… and what I received was totally different: a pair of boots from China, really bad quality, synthetic materials… and the return policy is awful: to get back your money you need to pay more than £20 to make the delivery… so the only option you have is accepting a 30% refund and keep the boots… I feel cheated and scammed. Please DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. It’s really unfair there are companies like this one trading, taking advantage of the trust from the customers… I wish someone see this and our reviews are helpful somehow at least!

Be aware that this company posts…

Be aware that this company posts pictures on Pinterest that bear little relation to the product bought. I would recommend that you do not purchase anything from this company. It is a waste of time trying to return anything. I would also recommend that Pinterest does not allow this company to use its site. Trying to leave a comment on Pinterest doesn’t work. Unfortunately it makes me doubt any confidence I have in using Pinterest.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT ORDER

Total scam, I should have read the reviews before I bought a coat and jumper that look like they’ve been made by a 10 year old learning to use a sewing machine Coat was a different style, colour, length and jumpers seams didn’t match, both items appalling quality and truly only fit for the bin. Advertised as family run business in London - Shame on you taking peoples hard earned money
Win, win for Leokolondon, offered a 30% refund to keep and throw away ( that’s still £63 of my money you keep for me receiving nothing ! lose, lose to trusting customers, to add insult to injury they offer 20% discount on future purchase ! I hope it comes back to bite you !

Beware- goods are not as advertised.

Beware- goods are not as advertised.
The cardigan was described as cashmere- the label inside the garment confirmed it was entirely made of synthetic materials. The quality was very poor, button holes just cut into the cloth and very poor construction. Do not buy.

This company is an absolute scam…

This company is an absolute scam Beware! i bought a pair of boots from them advertised ad leather with wool lining, they looked beautiful in the photos and were offered at only £39 due to 'closing down sale'. The picture showed a lovely shop in London at the top of the page and a model wearing a very nice pair of thick well made, chunky, wool lined leather boots. There was no mention on the site that the boots would be sent from China. What arrived from China, about 3 weeks later, were a pair of extremely undersized, flimsy, fake leather boots, with some kind of thin fake wool lining. they weighed about an ounce, and arrived in a plain black plastic bag with no paperwork at all for returning, nothing at all except the boots which are only fit for the rubbish bin. They are not even fit for the charity shop. they must have cost about 50 pence to make. I have written to the company to ask for a refund and an address to send them back to,,,no response. Then i researched the company online (alas too late) and found that they are indeed an online scam company stealing people's money. These people are SCAMMERS and THIEVES.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Pretending to be a family-run company that is closing down, they sent boots that were far too small and look nothing like the image in their Instagram ad. They would only refund 30%. For a 100% refund you have to spend a fortune returning them to China, despite the company pretending to be based in London. Disgraceful. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
