The product itself is fine - as long as you don’t expect it to taste like the real deal - this is a diet food after all! My only gripe is the price, this is way too expensive for the average consumer... See more

Lo-Dough is different. It's not a wrap and it's not a slice of bread. It's bread reinvented, with less carbs and more fibre than the healthiest wholemeal loaf. Eat pizza, kebabs and burritos with a fraction of the calories.

Let me start by saying these are OK
Let me start by saying these are OK. They're fine. Edible.
However if you are hoping these will be a wrap-like texture I'm afraid they are not. They have a sort if sponge foam like texture and don't really taste of anything. They're fine as a pizza base, although I could never get them crispy enough for my liking for fear of burning them. Despite doing everything recommended I couldn't stop the base from going soggy under the toppings. Like I said, edible but not to my taste.
If you're looking for a way to make wraps or pizzas on a low calorie diet these are a fine way to do it. However I found the texture offputting and for the price point I'd rather just not have pizza until I've shifted the pounds.
It's a shame because I really hoped these would be closer to a wrap than they are. Hopefully they can refine the formula with time and get the texture a bit nicer. At the moment I'd liken it to a slightly softer communion cracker at church.
Tears of joy
I have tears in my eyes because I am so emotional. I live in the house of autism. I have it and my 4 children have it, so we see, hear, smell, touch and taste the world differently to other people. I joined Slimming World 4 months ago and I have lost 3 stone following the plan. But I missed pizza. And Sunday night is Pizza night in my house. I can deal with slight change but my children cannot, so we have a routine. I saw an advert for Lo-Dough and decided to give it a go. Tonight 19/08/2018 was my first time. Oh My Giddy Aunt and Dicky Di Doh.... THIS IS AMAZING! Just as recommended, I slow baked peppers, onions, tomatoes, sweetcorn, pineapples and olives until they were dried out. I flash fried the base both sides and put passata right to the edges. I used my Healthy Extra A combo of light mature cheddar and eatlean protein cheese. Sprinkled them all on with some ham and I have to say... I CANNOT believe that something that tasted so like a takeaway pizza is actually, ridiculously low calorie and full of fibre. I have always been a huge fan of psyllium husk as it really helps my IBS, so from physical and mental health benefit in this family... you get a HUGE thumbs up and I will be ordering again and again and again and again. Thank you so much xxx
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. I made the eggy bread last night and only managed to eat half of it it tasted so bad, and have had the most awful stomach all night with severe bloating. I bought 4 of these, was looking forward to the pizzas as the pictures look so good, but the way my stomach is feeling the rest are going in the bin. My partner said it looked like cotton wool, and wouldn't touch it, and I'm sure it had the same effect, as it appears that it swells inside your stomach, no wonder I feel so bloated!!

Just had a wrap and can see this as a regular feature in my lunch box. I did it in the pan with some coconut oil spray and the texture changed to something resembling a wrap. I put in filling and nice low carb lunch. What I would like to know is, if I prepared it in the morning, would it be a soggy mess by lunchtime. Thanks for now lodough. I shall try some more of your suggestions. Fancy a curry with naan next. At least there are some extra possibilities, rather than meat, salad, cheese or vegetables. I wonder if you could make pasta strips with it :)
Expensive and tastes like cardboard
Expensive and tastes like cardboard, got fooled by the pretty pictures but it's mutton dressed as lamb and I was thoroughly disappointed.
Nice effort to create a low carb bread
Nice effort to create a low carb bread, but foolish is anyone that buys this. It is absolutely awful and costs the earth. I also think it is potentially dangerous as its so thick and a bit like polystyrene that I struggled not to choke when making a wrap. Binned it. Very expensive waste.
How else are you going to have low-carb pizza?
Make sure that you put the sauce and cheese right to the edges (like it says in the recipe), and you get pizza that tastes as good as you can make it. Also makes excellent garlic pizza. Just make sure that you use lots of garlic butter and cheese - right up to the edge, or it will burn.

I have no idea how this made it to market. It's like eating several sheets of paper. There is no flavour. It's hard and plain foul. Baffled by why anyone would do it more than once.
I am Italian!
I am Italian. Pizza is my thing. Unfortunately the Lo Dough lacked flavour, texture or cost effectiveness. We fried prior to baking at 180 as per the instructions, yet the edges were dry, powdery and flavourless and the middle was slightly soggy. And considering the cost, I don’t think it’s worth it. If you are on a diet and want to try something that vaguely resembles a pizza then it’s worth a go. But I won’t be a regular user. Thanks for the experience Lo Dough.
AMAZING customer service
AMAZING customer service! Yet to receive my product but have heard great things! My order was lost in the post and I had paid for First Class Delivery. They refunded my delivery and re-shipped my order to a different address. Couldn't be happier with the service and the customer service team were so quick to respond! Thank you Lo-Dough! (Here's to hoping your product taste as fab as your service!)
Great pizza alternative!
If you buy this product with the expectation that it's going to taste exactly like a pizza then yes you will be disappointed. If you have realistic expectations and read the cooking instructions properly then hopefully, like me you'l love this product as a great pizza alternative!
The Lo-dough website has some great recopies (marmite pizza is my favourite so far) and although I've only tried making pizza i have just ordered another batch so that i can try making some other different things.
Yes Lo-dough is fairly expensive but isn't eating healthy in general anyway? Likewise it would be nice if the dough was individually packaged but there's worse things in life than having to have pizza two nights in a row!
Awful. Lesson learned.
I made Pizza, it looked amazing but tasted like polystyrene. This is not food.

Not worth the money or the enthusiasm...
The idea behind lodough is great but it tasted very artificial and smelled plasticy and slightly nauseating. When I used it as a pizza base it went really soggy and mushy. The same went for when I used it as a sandwich. When eaten raw (eg- sandwiches) it is quite a sickening taste. It was quite expensive for the amount that you get and the actual pieces of lodough were like tissue paper (thin, flavourless and flimsy). I wish that it was better an that it was the solution to low carb bread. But sorry, that solution is still yet to be created...

SO glad I tried it !!!
My sister messaged me about lo dough a little over a week ago now. She is following slimming world so is now able to make Lovely pizzas and other meals with this versatile ‘dough’. After she had tried it she reported back to me saying it was nice. So I went ahead and ordered a pack of two to try. When it came I was a little dubious about trying it but went ahead and made my own garlic butter pizza bread. It looked great, but it tasted even better! I am a low carb dieter, so I had a little bit of mayo on the side, the whole thing was just 3g net carbs. It was absolutely delicious!!! I think it tastes just like normal pizza bread. It really is amazing, and I am SO glad I gave it a go. I will definitely be using it every week!! Winner :-)
Very happy perfect for my low carb diet
Very happy perfect for my low carb diet they just take on the flavour of what you fill or cook on them a godsend on a low carb diet .
They do not taste or feel like bread but they act like bread and pizza bases. They are pleasant enough light and easy to eat I am going to try all the recipes from the website perfect for me.
This does exactly as it says on the packet!

My favorite thing to use lo-dough for is as a pizza base! Passata base, followed by a sprinkle of cheese, balsamic red onions, 2 Linda McCartney saugages cut up, a couple of spoons of baked beans and more cheese on top. Yum!
