We stayed in a 6-bedroom villa in Marbella for a family holiday. The house matched the photos and everything was organised clearly before arrival. Airport transfers and a private chef were arranged without any issues. Travelling with kids felt much easier than expected.

My partner and I spent the final week…
My partner and I spent the final week of December in Lanzarote. Sunshine and peace were what we were primarily searching for, and we found both. We cooked a few nights rather than eating out because the kitchen was better equipped than we were expecting. It was easy to communicate and not intrusive. From reservation to departure, everything proceeded without any problems.

The villa was perfect for the Christmas week we spent in Marbella with our grandparents and children. Everyone could easily have their own space without feeling isolated thanks to the layout. Carlos was helpful prior to arrival, particularly with check-in information, which helped to ease the stress of the journey. Although the neighborhood was quiet, there were still plenty of dining options nearby.

Please stay away from this company. They are a scam. We had the most horrible experience i marbella on a family vacation. Handed the house DIRTY, and after a lot of sketchiness and lies, they promised us a reimbursement and i am still waiting for it. Last email i received from them was more than 6 months ago and haven’t received the reimbursement. Stay away pls. I don’t want anyone experience what we did with kids.

To clarify for future readers, this villa is professionally managed on-site by a local management company, who handled check-in, cleaning, maintenance, and guest support directly throughout the stay. During your visit, additional cleanings were arranged in response to your concerns, and the stay was completed in full. Your refundable security deposit was also returned after check-out in line with the agreed terms.
Regarding the reimbursement mentioned, the request relates to a claim beyond the standard rental terms and is subject to review and approval by the property’s managing agency. We have formally raised this with them and are still awaiting their position, as final decisions in such cases rest with the property management and owner.
We take all guest feedback seriously and always aim to act as a transparent intermediary between guests and property managers. We regret that this matter remains unresolved at this stage and remain open to continuing discussions once the managing agency provides their response.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns forward and wish you and your family all the best going forward.

Our original villa in Lanzarote was cancelled shortly before arrival due to unexpected damage, which was initially stressful. However, Lodgerstrip immediately upgraded us to a better villa at no extra cost. The replacement exceeded our expectations, and we had a great holiday. The way everything was handled gave us confidence, and we’d happily book with them again.

Last summer we traveled to Marbella and rented a villa through Lodgerstrip for our holiday. We paid the full amount in advance – €9,250.
One day before our trip, we were informed that we would no longer be able to stay in the villa we had booked. As an alternative, they offered us a different villa and promised a €1,000 refund as compensation.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the alternative villa could have been rented on Airbnb for around €6,000, meaning we effectively paid about €8,250 for something worth much less.
To this day, we have still not received any refund, only repeated promises and excuses.
The most unbelievable part is that after all this, the company acts offended and tries to present themselves as the victim, even attempting to have negative reviews removed — while they have still failed to return our money. It has now been almost half a year without any repayment.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. Be very careful when booking and paying large amounts in advance.

Leaving additional reviews under different names/accounts for the same booking — or via third parties who were not the contracting guest — creates a misleading picture for other customers and is not a fair representation of one case in progress.

Before considering this place, it is strongly advised to understand a potential risk of losing your vacation, as well as your money, and instead of getting your refund, only keep receiving unfulfilled endless promises for repayment…
Just one day prior to our arrival, they advised us about cancelling our booking with the reasoning that as they suffered a misconduct in their property by a previos rental group, they can not provide our already prepaid and booked accommodation.
Following this last minute cancellation on their behalf, they sent us an email claiming that a full refund had been issued and we would receive the money within 10 days. They even sent us the proof of the bank transfer, but the 9250€ refund has never arrived until now, i.e January 2026, so already 5 months have passed since the cancellation, without their repayment. They keep reasoning the non-fulfillment of the refund promises sometimes with technical banking issues that disabled them to transfer the money, another time with their operating cash-flow shortages, and so on, repeatedly promising new deadlines for the refund, which they never keep, then coming up with another excuse and another deadline, but the hard fact is that almost half a year has gone and up until now we still have not received back our money.
So if you consider this place, be very careful.

We had a great experience for a very last minute booking. Lodgerstrip was super helpful with anything we needed and even allowed us to book after midnight when we were stuck. The house was magnificent, clean and comfortable.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this agency. Our confirmed booking was cancelled by them less than a day before our scheduled arrival.
After the cancellation, we were told that our payment had been refunded, moreover they provided the proof of their refund however we never received a single cent. They explained that they were experiencing cash-flow issues and requested a 45-day period to process our refund.
It has now been more than three months, and despite countless emails and phone calls on our side, we have not received any refund. Only excuses that they have a negative balance. Furthermore, we were informed that we should not expect any refund in the near future.
Honestly, I do not care about their cashflow balance at all. I want my 9.250 € back that this scammer never refunded.
