I had another Train automation software…

I had another Train automation software that was giving me grief to get running.
I then came across locolink and was not sure about it as there is no manual and only a contact email address for support.
Anyway i thought i will give it a go and see,i was blown away at the interface and design and also all the numerous tools to help me.
I got stuck on the importing of my other Train software as it did not transfer across properly and i definitely did not want to start a new track plan all over again as i had spent hundreds of hours doing the previous one .
So i thought ok lets see how support goes then so i sent an email and soon after Tom emails me back and i tell him my problems. Tom asked for my existing file and he would look at it to see how it is interacting with his software and and modify his software to solve the problem.
This new software is a completely new way to do model train software and it is certainly a better experience for me so far but i am yet to get it automated so i guess i will see.
Any way i give support from locolink 10/10
