Highly recommend Lockrite security who installed and maintain our security alarm.

As usual our annual service was carried out most efficiently. The engineer arrived on time was clean and tidy and polite.

Excellent company, very professional, they really know their stuff.

Have been with them for years, which I would not have been if I had any complaints.
Initially, 2001, had a hard wired system installed.
On the one or two times over the next 7 years when there was a problem they were very fast on their response time and competence in resolving the issue.
In 2008 I had an expanded wireless system installed. Very reliable equipment.
They always turn up on time for the Annual Inspection and the certificate is issued on the spot. Excellent service

Locrite installed and have serviced my alarm system for some 20 years. They have always carried out the annual service time with courtesy and efficiency.

I've been using Lockrite Security for many years now and they've helped me with everything from cutting extra keys for me, new locks for my front and back doors, a complete home alarm system and they even came to my rescue when I locked myself out once! Good service and always patient. I had a few teething issues, mainly driven by a couple of the sensors that wouldn’t do what we had hoped they would, due to WiFi issues and sunlight. The guys at lock rite were very patient and worked though each of the issues as they came up. Excellent service and I would recommend them - infact have recommended them on several occasions to people.
