Good product. Easy install.

I love this company and their product. I had some questions on my purchase so I called and they actually answered the phone! Best safe ever. I recommend this company!

Ordered over a month ago, no safe and no response to two emails requesting info. Pretty poor customer service and communication. I see I'm not the only one. I'll just have to complete a charge back because they've had my money for over a month and I can't get them to respond to me. Update: they responded with 1 line and not much information. Still waiting, been almost 8 weeks now.

It's been almost 6 weeks since I placed my order and it still hasn't shipped. Three weeks ago I asked for an update and was told it would ship in about 2 weeks. Still nothing. Order number #51067. I'll be happy to update my review when my order is received.

I have purchased a few of these over the past years and this order has been a mess to the the point of beng ordered before July 4 and will ship after holiday to its on back order as of the 10th was told I would be called back twice everytime I call I can tell she is driving which makes me feel like this is a poorly run business to 2 different phone calls and a email requesting a refund and as of today still no refund so someone please tell me how this order is going

I placed an order over two weeks ago. The credit card system on the website didn’t work so they told me to click pay by check and called to get payment. So far zero communication. I loved my safe in my last truck but need to find a more reliable company.

Love the company and the product they make. It’s built extremely well and built to last a lifetime. This is my second safe only because I bought a new truck and Chevy changed their design. This is a company who stands behind their products and customer service. It’s the best safe of its kind out there on the market!

I had a great experience. The staff was knowledgable and helpful. They were able to assist with a particular vehicle build we were completing and had the product to us in short amount of time. I look forward to doing business with lockerdown in the future.

I purchased the enhanced (armored) safe for a 2020 Nissan Titan. When I decided to make the purchase it was because of an attempted theft in my driveway at 0200am. The first console vault/safe was damaged in a way that 10 more minutes with the prybar/screwdriver the thief was using would have gotten into it. Found LD site and liked the tougher top with no pry points.
I am truly impressed that the LD Vault is thicker and more anchor points. ALSO, I was a day out of the additional 10% off for the July 4th sale.. Called LD Customer service and they EXTENDED the coupon code so I could get the better price. THAT is customer service at its finest! Well done. Lifetime customer.

Quality and ease of installation.

Company Members were great, easy to work with and very informative. The product is a quality product. Item shipped quickly and arrived prompt.

Not happy that it is not a fully sealed unit which I have gotten from you in the past for different vehicles. Other than that it serves its purpose.

The quality of Lock’er Down safes are superior to the OEM safes of the generic Amazon safes. I took odd one star because delivery took almost a month. If not for the slow delivery I would give it 5 stars.

Wasn’t sure I could find/order the proper safe for my truck on the website, so I called the office. The customer service rep knew which model would fit, but had me take a photo of my console just to be sure and send it to her. She was very helpful, gave me the ETA and when the safe arrived, it fits perfectly.

They sell a great product that fits right, works right and is very easy to install.

Highly recommend to anyone needing secure storage in their vehicle.
