Great customer service experience
Great experience with Lockabox customer service. I ordered a Lockabox through Amazon and on arrival the lock mechanism wouldn't work. I then called the Lockabox support team, which was answered quickly and I was given great assistance from the Lockabox customer service team. When the lock was not able to be fixed at home, I was able to get a full refund through Amazon and then even given a small discount on a new Lockabox through the Lockabox website. The lockbox has now arrived - it's a great size, good build quality and exactly what I was looking for.

Boxes are very good
Boxes are very good. The only improvement I would like is the addition of boxes that open from top or from one of long sides. Maybe boxes in other dimensions too. Overall very happy with box.

Great products and excellent customer services…
After receiving a damaged lockabox in the post customer services couldn’t have been more helpful! Not only was roscoe extremely efficient in replying and sending me a replacement he couldn’t have been more polite.
Highly recommend lockabox the product is fantastic! Keeps my kiddies electronics safely locked away during homeschooling and at bedtime!

Pricey but good
They’re great, I’ve bought a few. They’re not super strong, but “fine” and the build quality is good. Expensive for what they are, but no one else is making a comparable product so I suppose they can charge what they like.
