The rental was very good for the company. It is the only company we have rented a car for years. But I can't say the same about the vehicle. Opel frontera was the worst car we've ever bought from Locauto. We were not satisfied at all.

The car cleaning staff who also responsible for car return duty at the Metre train station, he is very rude and he speaks swear words to me in Italian language. He should be fired.

Serious car rental company
No time lost at car pick-up and return. Car in good condition, different of the one selected, but may be of higher value. No harassment to take a supplementary insurance.

Saved the day
After having a stressful time at the airport, having our booked car cancelled as I did not have a credit card with me, Locauto saved the day! They got us into a car very quickly, the car was great and safely got us around the winding roads of the Dolomites. We bought the insurance and roadside, and dropped the car off with no problems. Automobile was excellent
Automobile was excellent. Service was fast. Option for fill by vendor was pricey, but worth the money given our early morning flight and the need to deliver car back before hours.
