Picking up the car was relatively easy
Picking up the car was relatively easy, it’s a standard procedure. Although finding the car and returning it is a bit of a challenge. No marked stalls for Locauto, and the personnel there when I was returning the car, was not overly acting professionally. That may be the area for improvement. Good luck.

Misleading coverage
The car was great for the price range.
The only negative thing was the coverage.
I didn't add any insurance and I explicitly asked the lady if the inner mechanics were covered. She told me they weren't so I was worried all the time. But afterwards, I read the agreement and it states that everything which brakes due to time and constant usage is covered.
So I do recommend them but know that if you ask they'll definitely suggest a coverage even when don't really need it.
Edit:
I booked with discovercars but I didn't buy any insurance from them, that's why I'm saying the inner mechanics are covered either way.

Because your booking was made through an intermediary company, any additional coverage you purchased through them operates on a reimbursement basis. This means you would need to pay Locauto directly for any new damage, and then claim a refund from that company afterward.
Therefore, when you asked our desk agent if you were covered, the correct answer from our perspective was 'no,' as we can only verify policies and terms held directly with Locauto.
We hope this clarifies that our intention was never to mislead you, but rather to provide the most accurate information based on our official terms and conditions.
