Exceptional experience
Your team was very accommodating. Especially, when they took time to drop off the vehicle at the hotel in Siena.
The only one issue, but we figured it out was returning the car. That was a daunting process. The signage is limited and there was no one at the sight to explain what we needed to do.
Eventually, we stopped a gaurd who was leaving home and he brief explained and he best could the process and with your limited return instructions and the guards instructions we figured it out.
Overall, we had a great experience. Thahk you.

I was charged a full extra day for being 7 mins late dropping off the rental car, due to trying to find their location at the airport.

We have rented two autos at the same…
We have rented two autos at the same time. Your company did not want to honor the fact that we had used discover car as a broker. Unfortunately, we had to pay more for the insurance coverage. Also, the second car broke down on a very trafic highway. It took a while to get someone thru the emergeny line. The tow truck picked up the car but left 4 passengers in the midle of the road without calling a taxi or uber car.

Car broke down
Service was good to pick car. However I had problems with the car. It broke down in the middle of the road in Italy. I had to call the police to direct traffic and help me with the translation with the tow truck. The worst part, I was about 40 minutes from my hotel in Siena. The police said no taxi and no uber in the area, therefore had to hitchhike along the highway to get back to the hotel. It was 30C that day, difficult when you are 71 years old. Locauto should offer transportation when a car breaks down.
