A very good car, New ,very good services !!!

The staff were very helpful and professional. I’ve received a little bigger car than proposed one during booking process, so our journey was more comfortable. The visual and technical condition was perfect. There were no problems to find rental property as shuffle bus from airport terminal was on service. The only one disadvantage was the time of pickup of the car but this is well known issue of nearly every car rental.

Quick and easy rental. Highly organized, and both pickup and return was smooth sailing. Highly recommended!

We have used Locauto at Pisa airport for several years. There is rarely more than one person in the queue at the rental desk, so quick to collect car and be on our way. There is no pressure to buy additional insurance cover or any extras.All the staff are very pleasant, efficient and speak good English. The cars are clean and in good condition.

Pick up of rental car well organized (we were lucky not having a queue in the rental office).
Car in good technical shape (existing damages well documented in the car history) and clean (inside/outside).
Drop off quick and without discussions or handling problems within 15 minutes (we returned the car without damages caused by us). For our documentation we made a 360• video of the car.
Overall, perfect!
Staff friendly and polite.
Booking process via Booking.com easy.
Price fair enough compared to international rental car companies.

Quick pick up and check out

I was grateful to have found a company which doesn’t ask for a huge deposit or allows the use of a debit card. The staff were friendly and helpful with the clarifications. I would rent from them again.

From the booking process to the pick-up to the drop-off everything was smooth sailing. The car was almost new, worked perfectly and was a joy to ride. I appreciated how easy and affordable Locauto was for renting a car next-day in Italy. While a lot of rental companies can try to scam tourists (such as Italy Car Rent), Locauto did not. Their customer service was attentive and friendly when picking up and dropping off my rented cars, and when I got a flat tire during my rental time. However, I am only giving 3 stars as their billing process for the cost of the flat tire was slow and clunky. I didn't receive an invoice for the flat tire until a month past the end date of my trip and instead of putting all the charges into one invoice, they were split into two invoices that I received days apart from each other. This made my process to file an insurance claim a bit complicated as I completed my claim before the second invoice came in. In conclusion, however, the staff of Locauto at the Pisa Airport were very kind and trustworthy, so that was extremely appreciated!
