Really good experience with Locauto. The guys were friendly, helpful and everything went very quickly. No waiting around, no unnecessary paperwork or complications.
The car was good, clean and reliable, and the whole process was exactly how a car rental should be.
I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use Locauto again. Highly recommended!

The car broke down after 200kms driven on the motorway. Me and my family with children were left alone to deal with it in a motorway gas station. Locauto only took care about their car leaving us 70kms away from our hotel without any transportation. At the end we managed to reach our hotel but then I asked Locauto to compensate our transportation costs they are investigating this request for over 25 days already. So I cannot recommend Locauto to anyone as they do not care about their customers at all.
Sugedus mašinai greitkelyje paliko mūsų šeimą su vaikais be jokios pagalbos. Tiesiog susirinko savo auto ir pasiūlė organizuotis transportą iki viešbučio patiems. Galiausiai nusigavome 70km iki savo nakvynės. Vėliau kreipiausi su prašymu kompensuoti tas transporto išlaidas...tai jie "sėkmingai" aiškinasi situaciją jau 25 dienos ir jokio sprendimo. Labai prasta komunikacija, patekus į bėdą liksite spręsti patys be jokios realios pagalbos. Nerekomenduoju!
