Locauto Group - Pescara Aeroporto Reviews 

Dear Sir/Madam,

Solange De Decker and Maurice Noben picked up a Nissan Qashqai from your Locauto Roma Termini office on July 26, 2026 (Contract number 155806671 – 2026).

This car was an upgrade provided because the Opel Corsa we had originally ordered was unavailable. We drove the vehicle without issues until July 19, 2026. At that point, I noticed the engine stuttering occasionally. That morning in Pescara, the car struggled to start; a message appeared on the dashboard advising us to visit a garage, and the engine warning light came on.

I therefore called Locauto for assistance. My calls were repeatedly transferred, or I was told someone would call me back—which never happened. I tried every Locauto number I could find.

After repeated attempts to contact Locauto, I drove the car to the Locauto office at Pescara Airport around 9:30 AM. A Locauto employee was present at the pick-up point. He stated that there was nothing he could do and insisted that I first call the Locauto office to report the engine fault.
I made repeated attempts to reach Locauto by phone again, but to no avail.

Around 6:00 PM, I went into the airport terminal to look for help.
There, I found the Locauto office and a helpful employee who was immediately able to swap our vehicle for another car—an Opel Corsa.
I do not understand why this could not have been done that morning.

Due to the difficulty in contacting Locauto and the refusal of assistance by your employee that morning, we effectively lost a full day and were unable to use the car. On the contrary, this ruined an entire day of our holiday! Therefore, we demand a refund for at least one day of the car rental.

The car was black and for High temperatures it is uncomfortable. Nevertheless car was rather new and with automatic transmission so it is additional plus.

Locauto PESCARA airport: the man at the desk, sorry I forgot his name, was welcoming, professional, gave clear explanation, made it easy for me.
Then Simone at the company parking lot gave the key, presented the car that was exactly what I wanted and exactly what was reserved... he explained things easily too and was also very welcoming. Great experience with that company.
Surely next time I will make another reservation with them

Overall, everything was smooth and straightforward. I’m giving four stars for the car because it didn’t even have a phone charging port, and it had already covered quite a lot of mileage — 72,000 km. However, the staff were excellent.
