I'm a Locoauto/Enterprise fan and would not use another company generally.

I've given 4/5 on this occasion as the return area at Palermo Airport is far too small and consequently rather stressful. However, the guy who checked over the returned vehicle was fine.

Efficient and great customer service. Our flight home was shifted to Catania so Staff at drop off at Catania suggested we take the car to Palermo and receive a refund of our different drop off fee (we picked up in Palermo). Staff at Palermo were great. This was extremely appreciated.

Very Quick and very Nice

On the 10th of Friday, one farm car hit my left mirror and broke it. I pulled the car and gave a call to Palermo airport office. I called at least 10 times my wife called at least 10 times and no one responded. Later on, I callled the road assistance. Again i called many times. I received with automatic message saying that i will be called (of course no one called me). I called 4 time customer service. On the 4th time one agent tried his best to help me. He also called the Palermo office and also road assistance and he also could not reach out yo anyone and he apoligized not to have any rresponse. I also called the police and they hang up the phone since they do not knowEnglish. So in the middle of the road I was all alione. And I taped the mirror and I drove the car in that way since tbere was nothing to do. Imagine i had to drive the car kike that for the last 2 days of mu visit and still without any communication with the office. You can listen to my calls that i had on the 10th of July wjth the call center and see what I experienced. I wish I could rent the car from Sixt btw, it is good that i had a dint worry insurance package.

The car that we rent had a problem with brakes. It was very dificult to get in contact with you. And in the end. We had to go to your branch which was 100 km away. We did not receive any compensation for that, not even a vehicle upgrade. Very bad experience. You should work on that a little bit

Everything allright. But i was a litle bit scared, to take car with paint scrathes. Luckily when was the time to give back the car there was now problems with that.

We were charged a full day rental for 2 hour overage. The daily rate was also substantially more than what we paid per day for our 6 day rental.
They would not even try to accommodate a credit towards a new rental or any sort of partial discount.
The car rental company also doesn’t respect the insurance purchased directly with booking.com so we needed to dish out 500$ for their insurance at the last minute.
Was not a great service at Palermo airport.

Excellent car rental experience! We picked up the car at Palermo Airport and returned it there as well. Everything was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We were especially impressed to receive an almost brand-new car with only about 2,000 km on the odometer. The vehicle was in perfect condition.
We highly recommend Logauto — 10 out of 10! The next time we visit Sicily, we will definitely rent a car from them again.

Even though I accidentally returned the car later than planned, the company handled the situation with understanding and did not charge me any penalties. The entire rental process was smooth, the car was in excellent condition, and the staff were professional, friendly, and truly customer-focused.
