Expensive for a Fiat panda, 577€ for a week with the full cover insurance (dont worry)

Very poor customer service. No one answers on many number on Sunday. We were waithing and calling for 4hours to finally get help. (Not a problem if soneone wouldnt say the tow car will be there in 5 minutes and then there is noone for the next 2hours.) thank god we took ful kasko additionally, but then the rent became so expensive we could have use taxi for everything for the whole week for the same amount of money and no stress..

I have used Locauto before and selected them again for the quality of service. You pay more, but they supply the car you ordered and don’t try to charge for damage, caused pre-rental.

The only reason I’m giving three stars was the cleanliness of the vehicle. The inside and out was very dirty. If you pay €500 for a rental, I would’ve expected a quick clean, inside and out.

Insurance price is not clearly stated when booking, and it is in the end pretty expensive with insurance. When it comes to the employees we didn‘t have really good experience, they were pretty uninterested and didn‘t really bother to answer our questions expect one that gave us the car and was super friendly. Other than that it was okay.
