The car was great, the prior service bad
The car was great! Wasn’t the car I ordered but it was as good and brand new and eco.
It was hard to communicate with Locauto and receive info and service prior the rental, and I still didnt get all the refund money and the accurate info about second driver.

False charges
You want to charge me for nothing. Your employee tried to gasloght me as if she sees a scratch and there was nothing. I will not go quietly about his.
Also, I waited more than an hour until the car arrived.

Reverse camera broken / hidden fees
Reverse camera broken, excessive fee for car being returned 95% full without clear explanation when booking. Unlikely to use this service again. Left a bad taste on an otherwise great vacation.

My opinion on rent-a-car with Locauto
Fulfilling of formalities took short time. Prices were some lower than in neighbouring office.
The terms and conditions stipulated that I could return the car with an empty tank - this is very convenient. Formalities while returning the car, were very short.

Great service!
I had a nice car, almost brand new. The staff was pleasent, friendly and helpful.
Since I had an early flight, I had to drop off the car and key myself and it was very easy to navigate and find.

Very good service
Very good service, polite staff, Car in excellent condition and very smooth return. They gave us the QR code with the location return point so we returned swiftly and without any delay at the airport. The pick up point was a bit confusing, you have to go first sign the contract in a different place and then go all the way to their Parking. I’m very pleased in general, I will certainly rent a car with them next time I visit Italy again.

Good and fast service
Good and fast service. We have rented the car directly in the Terminal without any reservation (in short, we were declined a preordered car by other company, so we had to find one directly in the terminal). And, service was great, price was the same as online.
We had full Kasko purchased, so no headache and no any issues upon returning the car.
