IT’S A SCAM! A RIP-OFF! DO NOT EVER TALK TO THESE PEOPLE! I had a real estate agency and signed a contract for 3 years. They promised a nice website which would fit a real estate specifics and promotion of the website to appear on first pages of google and also to create a Google business and a Facebook pages. I already had a Facebook page but no discount for that was given... I paid €608 annually. €200 were supposed to be spent by LocalWeb for Adwards. A personal manager was supposed to take care of me. So what did I get from these people eventually? Website looks terrible and is done with 5 pages filled with stupid text and my photos of homes. That’s it. There is no way to put the price, add photos or description of houses. I asked them many times to change the structure of the website but was completely ignored. I asked for instructions of how to work with the website, they sent it to me but only after a year and only because I reminded them. But anyways the structure of the website is just a business card, could never become a website adapted for a real estate agency. Why didn’t you LocalWeb tell me from the beginning before I signed a contract that you were not able to do a website for a real estate agency??????? That the templates you use are just a business card of a company???? Strange enough all my requests were accepted on the phone before I signed a contract. After I signed the agreement I stopped existing for them. All my e-mails were ignored, never answered. The contract implied a follow-up by a manager but nobody ever called or asked if I am happy with the service. Google Business page was based on my legal address and not on the area where I work physically. So it is completely misleading for clients and presents my company wrong. I told LocalWeb a few times over the phone focusing their attention on it, they agreed to re-do things but 2 years have passed and nothing has changed. I tried to use the keywords in google search to see if my company is on the first page of google and... nothing. Nobody, not a single client for 2 years ever contacted me from internet through the website created and promoted by LocalWeb. Though At the end of each year I received files in .pdf format from LocalWeb with false information that there were that many calls and great positions in google search and thousands of clicks. Absolutely no proof of that. I can draw such a report myself in .doc format and convert it into .pdf and present it to anybody. It happened once that I was shown in a real time with a manager on the phone that my website appeared on the first page of google with certain keywords. It looked perfect to me but... the moment I hung up, all went back where it was, i.e. to zero results. I tried to use keywords I thought we agreed on again and again and every day and no results. Once a list of keywords was presented to me, I disagreed and specified which keywords are important for my company. It was ignored. Nobody contacted me to finalize the list of keywords. How dare you LocalWeb to call yourself professionals and efficient and partners of google? It’s a shame for Google unfortunately. Professionals listen to a customer, satisfy customer’s needs, listen to customers’ requests, stay in contact with a customer and report on every cent spent. Professionals listen to complaints of their customers and offer extra free services if they screwed up. I only received calls from LocalWeb asking for payments, never received a report on how they spent €200 on Adwards and was never listened and heard by the staff of LocalWeb. All my e-mails were ignored. I really don’t understand how you last for so many years when people are just screaming about your bad service and false statements. I believe you LocalWeb will harvest what you planted!

This people are complete liars. They visited one of friends restaurant when owner wasn't around. They told a worker that they are coming from Google and made worker sign an agreement. They told them that it's a free service by google so name of Google was enough for creating trust. They took 3d picture of place and added business to google without actual business owners permition. This is something any one can do easily dont need any big skills . Than they start to do harassing calls to business owner asking money for their services wich they told to worker it was a Google's free service at first place. They threatened business owner. Business owner told them that hi didn't sign any agreement with them and didn't want their services and asked them to delete any picture they put on internet without his permition as business owner but they insisted keep calling. You tell them to not call you but they will try again and again. Be carefull don't give them any business. Warn your workers. Warn google about them if you get them and call police if they claim they are from google. Google doesn't send anyone to your shop.Record their phone calls as evidence. Scammer web company

The assistant was very rude and unfriendly. The service is not worth the money paid.

This company is a scammer.
They came to our shop in London claiming to be from Google Maps, to take pictures and add them to our Google Maps account.
They sent a request to become admin of our Google Maps account, which we declined. And so it turned out to be this company and not Google Maps!

We will report this company to Google for a fraud investigation.
