I had a terrible experience with this company. They claimed to guarantee results within 2 hours, but it took them much longer to deliver. When I asked for the results and compensation, they tried to gaslight me by claiming I had booked a different service, which was not true. Even after correcting them, they still failed to admit to their mistake. When I asked for compensation, they were unhelpful and rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their false guarantees and poor customer service make them unreliable and untrustworthy.

I booked an ear wax removal appointment in Birmingham, the whole process from booking to appointment went really well Amina was very lovely and professional taking me through everything I would need to know as well as after care, I'd made sure to prep prior which made the whole experience go smoothly and quickly, I was grateful that I'd been able to get an appointment quickly.

Booked through website, having selected Manchester. When the booking came through it had automatically adjusted itself to Birmingham as the Manchester site is now closed.

I contacted support to cancel as an appointment in Birmingham is useless... they sent me a copy of their cancellation policy stating cancellation not possible.

I booked an appointment with this company for a lateral flow, all very easy, charge £45.
Within 5 minutes I had to cancel as I found out that I needed a test within 24 hrs and not 48 as I had booked.
They agreed to cancel the appointment but charged me a £35 administration fee.
I completely understand that the error was mine, but the admin fee charge was ridiculously high.

After a very stressful 24hours at Bristol airport and last min changed of holiday!! We needed a fit to fly lft for 3 of us out of a group of 11 going to early morning flight in July.We went to eastville pharmacy in Bristol fishpond had booked one lft however suddenly realised we needed 3 5.45pm we was flying at 6am so had no other time to get it was so worried but the lovely girl agreed to fit us in she was amazing and got results in 30mins.We couldn’t thanks the Pharmacy and pcr lady enough!!

Booked and paid for Fit to Fly antigen test on line 16 June - cost £65. Two weeks later test is priced £45 on line (thought we’d check as we’d heard from others they had paid just £45 after we had booked). When I queried it with number provided by test site the call handler just said the price fluctuates. I’m not happy with this response as there’s no explanation as to why the £20 difference. Beware!
Test otherwise was efficient at Whitewater Test Centre, Hook. Results back in two hours which made it super easy. Just the pricing discrepancy which we would not have known about had friends not booked theirs at same place. Can they charge just what they like on a whim?

Arrived at 11:59. Appointment was at 12. Straight in and ran me through the process.
Made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Wouldn’t of thought having someone stick a swab up my nose would be a pleasant experience but here we are.
Zee was respectful and efficient regardless of me scrunching my face up making her job twice as hard. Again. Patient. Informed of my flight tomorrow at 6:50. Made sure to make a note so that I get it ASAP. Excellent service and remarkable social skills made this process more than just your PCR test.

Rif, she made the PCR appointment to fit with the 48hrs required travelling to Hong Kong. Very friendly, patient and professional. I will recommend friends.

The test was diene earlier today by Zee, she was also friendly, efficient and professional in taking the sample and confirmed to me that I will get my ISO certificate before my flight in the late afternoon.

We have been to East trees pharmacy in Bristol today as 6 fraught cruise passengers looking for a plan b for covid antigen tests. We cannot thank Rif enough for her calm professional and helpful manner...

Called and spoke to Julia to arrange a test at the Birmingham office. She was friendly and helpful and booked me and the wife a joint appointment for the same day- she even checked on the internet to answer a question I had asked. When we got to the clinic the lady was also friendly and helpful and we were in and out in a few minutes.
The results came exactly as expected the next day before 6pm using the fit to fly service we had paid for.
Would definitely recommend, and use again.

Went for a rapid turn-around PCR test. Easy booking process and when I arrived all the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Would make the journey again for the simple, stress free experience.

The easiest and quickest pcr test I have ever done the staff were super friendly and the receptionist on the phone was so helpful at 6pm when I called and they squeezed me in last minute on the same evening at 7:45pm which they didn't have to stay late and do

Excellent service, on time and very helpful when asked questions. Takes the stress out of the test.

The service was straightforward and on time. Staff were friendly and helpful and put people at ease. The test was done quickly and with no discomfort. Plenty of space while waiting and so no concerns about infection etc - the staff wore masks.

The young lady who carried out the test was very kind efficient and helpful. Abu the HQ office manager who corrected an error that I made could not have been more kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with such people and I have no hesitation in recommending the Local PCR organisation. Thank you.

My appointment was in Hook. Steph was wonderful and made me feel at ease for the test to be carried out, she also helped where i’d booked too many tests and got me a refund for the second test.

Booked over the phone, all sorted very quickly and a good price.

Then the service from Zee at the Burnham Bucks location was outstanding

I’m now all sorted and thankfully a negative test received within an hour

Excellent service, customer service skills by Nosheen. She helped to take the sting out of the exorbitant cost for a basic LFT that we all have at home. However, not her fault as it is a travel requirement. Also helped and a big relief my travel companions and I were negative. Thanks Nosheen!
