Absolute shi*

Absolute shi*. The fees for everything is pretty big. I deposit 34$, no matter what user I pick to trade with, I can only use 30$, and that uses all the amount I have, because the rest used in fees. Then I used escrow as a new user, the guy never responded back to me and I had to cancel the deal. Cancelling escrow, although there was nothing done, I lost 6$ in fees alone and was left with 24$. Fu*kin* crazy. Then I add 10 more $ to the account, just cause I needed a specific amount. Even when I have 34 again, I can only get 30$ max. And then, the buyer, tells me they wont have fees covered, so they need 28. Fu*kin* clown site. I transfer eth back to my eth address at this point done with this site, and then I get gas fail error 2 times, it took 2$ more, before I could finally transfer all back to my address. It is so fu*kin* pathetic, i deleted my account and will never use this again. Better to wait long time on any other site than try fast here, even paxful better than this shi*.

EDIT- I know what I am talking about. I use binance, myetherwallet and everything else. The network fees on that, and even yesterday, was about 0.5$ max per transaction on ethergas and everywhere. Somehow your ESCROW ate 6$ all in network fees? When a single transaction at that time was not even worth 0.4$? Really? Please dont give me your bs. Your fees are huge as fu*k and using anything else the fees was much less.

Hi Kami,

I can understand your frustration, however LocalCryptos charges no fees for its web wallet.

The fees you're referring to are network fees which goes to miners of the Ethereum network — not us. You will find that no matter which Ethereum wallet you choose to use, the network fees will be the same. The reason you are paying network fees for ETH transfers on LocalCryptos is because your web wallet is non-custodial, unlike centralized exchange wallets which are simply internal databases.

The "out of gas" error also comes from the Ethereum network, not LocalCryptos. You will see this error when you attempt to transfer ETH to a smart contract that requires more gas than you are supplying. This has nothing to do with LocalCryptos and everything to do with how Ethereum transactions and smart contracts work.

Thanks for your feedback.
