Josh gave us a very positive experience when viewing our property. Whilst some of the rooms couldn’t be accessed he ensured that we got the most out of our experience and was more than happy to answer any questions that we had.

Viewing with Josh
We had Josh show us round our house for next year and he was so lovely. There were some issues getting in some of the rooms because the current tenants locked them but he was so apologetic and lovely. He also was really helpful with questions we had and helping try to solve some paperwork issues.

Viewing with Josh!
We had Josh showing us our contracted house for 2026/27 and he was brilliant! Very kind and apologetic for the fact the rooms were locked and we were unable to do a full viewing. He was helpful and kind regarding the situation and lovely company overall! Would love to have a viewing with him again.

For example, with the cash back that was owed to me And my tenant ONLY MARCUS decided to take initiative and make sure we received our money unlike Stuart which is the only reason why this review is 4 stars !

Had great viewing experience with Christian, who showed me round multiple flats! He managed to make a normally boring experience really fun, had a great time whilst also looking at some good prospective flats. Even with the rain and carnival traffic slowing us down, Christian made sure he was informative and friendly at the same time.

Very bad service so far and terrible experience , if you dont tell them what to do they won’t do it, you literally have to point out the obvious to them, so annoying, make sure to explore otger options while searching with them , do not rely on them
