The program's great for detecting malware, however, about 70% of the files labeled as malware are confirmed to be non-malicious.
The good news is that the paywall doesn't prevent you from seeing the files, and those files can be removed manually after a scan.

As a warning though, some of these false positives were related to my ASUS curated version of windows, so if used normally, it has a chance of damaging the device. (IDK tho, never tested that before)

This software is absolut FAKE. It finds hundreds and hundreds of false positives to trap you into buying this CRAP!

Customer service is very poor.
Trial period worked well but Once we paid ( and they charge a foreign transaction fee) , nothing but problems
and NO customer support. What are we paying for?

I paid for renewal of Loaris on 21 April but no response. The service has expired and I received no replies to my emails. Look elsewhere for protection.

I have been using Loaris since 2017 and found it one of the best Trojan Removers around and have told a lot of people who now use it it is the best Trojan remover I have used. I did have a lot of problems with my computer crashing and changing Windows and upgrading and the key stopped working but in the end after a few tickets and emailing Loaris Loaris sorted it

there after support is a joke once they got your money they dont care it finds thing in first scan after that it find nothing waste of money there host reset and browser tool ok not worth paying for

I purchased two life-time keys and have used Loaris since 2004. However if anything changes on your Windows computer and it has to be restored, your screwed. Loaris tech ticket support is acknowledge but no one EVER gets back to you to fix. I reccomend not using Loaris, and for that matter Windows. Get free Ubutu software load it, and be done with Windows crap and constant problems.

I have two Windows computer that work perfectly, one a Windows 98 and the other a Windows XP, they never have problems, but they have not been connected to the Internet in years and years.

My Ubuntu is connected to the internet and it has NO issues, and they send you FREE updates, yes FREE. Everything with Linux is free. You can make a donation to them if you like, they are great.

I purchased a Loaris Trojan Remover (Lifetime License) on Sept 21, 2013, I have to do a system restore before and my activation key did not work. Loaris sent me a new activation key that worked. About a year ago I did a system and I can not get a new activation key. You contact the staff at 2CO and they lie about their phone number, they are only processing the orders. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase Loaris Trojan Remover. After you purchase the program there is no customer service at all!

found things that malwarebytes scan or protection didnt find also useful tools to help reset the host file hijacking and internet browser reset as well

this is a true experience of this false campany i brought a preminum key last downloaded the product installed the key works fine scan and found fixed problems ok now here where the problems starts when you try to update definitions a new product is found you cant update your definitions unless you update to newer version so i installed it inserted my key but itsaying it invalid the program now says i have 0 days left now i am left with a program that is utter useless i sent two ticket requests your questions are ignored they never go back to the old ticket to reply i sent them a email been fobbed off to anon ticket page people on wot have reorted this software in2010 with thesame problems i am having so it been 7 years to fix the bug so if not fixed is it a fake rogue product?isent a request a refund from avangate and loaris remover idoubt i will get it or a answer back looks like there 30 days offer refund is a scam to make you feel confident in this fake company reviews on there site are bogus if the product stops working when there is a new update save your money on something that works and real i reccomend spyshelter it works well and there email been answered politely

second day now i used the key for a different product tried it this morning says key valid for 0 days click to ativate button work work updating got loads of problems timing out connection refused definitions not downloading this is a scamware rogue product sent 4 emails demanding a requests all ignored avangate are not reading the emails sent look like they dont want to honour there 30 day refund policy which is a scam and doesnt exsists
if you are daft to enough to pay for this product dont expect a refund or email help they will block you and ignore you

Using this program for a long time. Loaris saved my computer lot's of time. I hope you will protect my computer and for the future!
