In the last 2 years ,I've become somewhat dissatisfied with Shepherdville Ky. office.To many turn overs of personal, difficult communication, and as of last few months ,don't answer phone. I use to renew loan by phone hassle free. Recently got offer by email,decided to use,but after to them lost interest. Just my payment, get them paid off. Current staff does not meet my needs, been customer for years, but not comfortable with current office staff.

The Clarksville TN World Finance gentleman who helped me on the phone is efficient, polite, and professional.

Obtaining the needed loan was fast and accurate. It technically took about 15 to 30 minutes total.

Each and every time I have contacted the ladies at World Finance in Center Texas, they both have been very helpful and attitude great i give them a 💯 score.

The staff was super friendly Jessica and Aaliyah really went hard to get me approved for a loan as quickly as possible. And this was very important to me, just because I struggle as a single mother to get my list of things to do finish daily.
I’ll definitely keep doing business with this Alexander city office as long as it’s run by such a great woman , and she let me know she can do my taxes for me. I know where I’m going next tax season!
