A friend who I met at the weekend was asking for help to settle his loan with this company, he didn't borrow a lot but hes already repaid the borrowed amount as he was tied into a 1.5yr agreement to borrow a few hundred anyway repaid the settlement, and gave them instruction to pursue via the internal complaints procedure before escalating to the ombudsman
They get away with charging excessive interest as their loans are over 18 months so circumvent the FCA price cap, so they are not breaking any rules and are all legal but those who are not savvy will end up paying 3-4x the amount you borrowed, by circumventing the FCA price cap for effectively small loans that look like payday loans , you would be better off I hate to say to borrow off a payday lender at least they are capped. I will be writing to the FCA regarding the length of agreements as my friend suggested when he originally applied was via a referral link and he only wanted to borrow for 3-4 months , I have already reached out to the ombudsman as they do publish cases and have asked to see how many have had the excessive interest written off , have a read at debt camel and this company (can't add link)
in my view a predatory loan company,
Your clear to read and under standing i found your on line honist and clear i would truely recamend you and tell them your not a scam as thwre are so many i thank you so much for your help

Horrible rates, I would recommend avoiding this company.
Paid less interest on a higher loan at 2 other companies.
To pay off the loan early: they seem to charge the full amount which is unlike every other loan company I've dealt with.
