Trash service. Employees lie. App has useless errors. Lack of physical id makes me go to their offices every time i need to pay every month. After paying system not work and every time i need to call them through another phone to force system to work for me. Payment system third party not secure. Complete trash company. Highly discourage to engage with them.
Hands down the worst mobile coms provider in Latvia. I bought their unlimited sim and the data speed at all times wasn't more than 5 to 6 Mbps... on 5G network! Customer service was non existent, unreachable. Waited for more than half an hour to be connected to live person but no luck. Stay away and buy some other sim card. I recommend Bite. They were a lot better.
