NOT IMPRESSED

I ordered a car part from this company and duly paid, a few days later I decided to try to track the order on their website only to find it's status as failed? no other explanation was given, after further investigation I found the payment had been refunded. I was rather annoyed that they had not even bothered to contact me to advise me that they could not supply the part! If I had not tracked the order I would of been none the wiser and still of been awaiting the delivery! IT'S JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH !!!!!!!!
