We ordered a couch from Seat & Sofas
We ordered a couch from Seat & Sofas, and based on their recommendation we contacted this delivery service. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
First, the delivery guys insisted on getting a €30 Tikkie no matter what. They called us saying that the €30 installation fee had not been paid and even claimed they had checked this with the store. After we showed them the payment proof, they suddenly agreed to install the couch. Then they said that the delivery fee only covered up to the “3rd floor,” and because the building has four windows, they considered the ground floor to be the 1st floor rather than 0 — meaning we supposedly owed them another €30. We paid the €30 Tikkie, but we never received any invoice at all for the delivery service, not even after multiple requests.
They also left the packaging waste behind, even though their website states they clean up after themselves. That part is less important, but it still shows a lack of professionalism.
The only reason I’m giving a 2 instead of a 1 is because the couch arrived undamaged. Other than that, the service felt unclear, unprofessional, and focused on pushing extra charges at any cost.
