Most helpfull place in the world!

Got both my son's iPhone screen's changed while I waited and my laptop charging problems sorted by the next day. Highly recomended. Half the price of the nearest other shop in Bangor. All my friends go here and I certainly will aswell :)

Llyn Computers - Perhaps it was just me he didn't like.

My first experience of Llyn Computers of Pwllheli should have warned me. I tried to get a quote for a new-build desktop computer. Despite leaving him my email address and phone number, and despite several personal visits to his shop, he never made any attempt to contact me.
My second experience was when I broke off the tip of the "lightning" connector in the port of my wife's ipad. I took it to him for removal. He claimed to have repaired it, and I paid him. On returning home I tried to charge it and couldn't. I took it back to him, and he then claimed that it was I who had broken the socket, but being a repairer of Apple equipment he could replace it. He replaced the socket, but said it wasn't working as well as it should. He would get another socket. I took it home and tried again to recharge the ipad, but a message appeared on screen saying that the component was not an authorised Apple component and would not work reliably. It didn't work at all. I have since been unable to contact him and throughout this time he never contacted me one single time. I have now bought a replacement iPad.
Your experience, dear reader, may be entirely different. I wish you luck.
