I ordered the part, then read some bad reviews, so was a little concerned!
But my experience was fantastic,
I ordered the part on the 30th April and received it on the 5th May.
Plugged it in and works fine.

Very helpful and great customer service

Fast delivery, genuine Porsche product and easily identifiable on their website. Processing time can be a little slow but can’t fault anything else.

Genuine part arrived fast in extremely strong packaging. I am very happy with the purchase cost, purchase process and delivery. I will definitely buy from LLLParts again.

Part arrived several weeks late despite 5-7 working days delivery.
When I queried the failure to deliver the response was effectively:
5-7 working days to process+5-7 days to dispatch+5-7 days to deliver.
What’s that all about?

They are not the quickest parts supplier or the cheapest as most parts come from Germany but in there favour they can get virtually any part you require. There site is good and manufactures parts catalogues in a drawing format are a god send so it’s easy to pick the right part.

I order various sizes for some terminal pins as not sure which I needed. But when it arrived everything inside the box had been torn open and everything was a mess.
The box was even inspected by customs of post as the box was unopened and tape was intact.
All I can think is the packing dept didn’t really care and just carelessly packed open packets.
I won’t ever order from LLL Parts again.
And to add two O Rings are incorrect and not the right size.
I emailed LLL Parts but so far no reply so this is why I only giving a one star review.
Personally I’d look elsewhere

Ordered 3 parts from their parts diagram page. Turns out one of their parts numbers is wrong and they sent me the wrong part. When presented with the evidence of their mistake, they denied all responsibility and stopped answering emails. It took nearly 3 weeks from order to delivery and this is the support you get when something goes wrong. Shocking and not cheap either

Oem parts but at a decent price, I have bought original Audi parts from LLL Parts before and will definitely buy from them again.

Very poor experience from start to finish. The item was not dispatched on time, and when the order had to be cancelled, the refund process was handled extremely badly. Communication was slow, unclear and frustrating, and I had to chase repeatedly just to get basic updates and a clear answer about where my money was.

What made this worse was that this was not a small issue that could simply be ignored. Once a seller fails to dispatch on time, the very least a customer should expect is fast, clear and professional handling of the refund. That did not happen here. Instead, the whole process dragged on far longer than it should have, with poor follow-up and no sense of urgency.

The refund was eventually returned, but only after unnecessary delay and repeated chasing. By that point, the damage was already done. A customer should not have to spend this much time and energy trying to get their own money back.

Overall, this was a stressful, frustrating and poorly managed experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this seller.

Avoid at all costs, misleading and unreliable

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely deserves it.

I placed an order with a clear delivery window of 06 April to 14 April. The order then sat as “awaiting dispatch” for nearly two weeks with no updates at all, and I had to chase them myself just to find out what was going on.

After chasing, I was told directly that the order would be dispatched within a day or two and delivered by the end of the week. Based on that, I continued waiting.

A few days later, the story completely changed. I was then told they were still waiting on parts from their supplier, and shortly after that it became “we have no information on when the parts will be available”.

So I went from:
A confirmed delivery window
To being told dispatch was imminent
To being told they had no idea when they could supply it

At no point before this were any stock issues mentioned. If they had been upfront from the start, I would have ordered elsewhere and avoided nearly two weeks of unnecessary delay.

This had a real impact as well, my car was off the road the entire time because I was relying on the information they provided.

In the end, I cancelled and received a refund. No proper acknowledgement of the situation, no accountability, just a refund and that was it.

The issue is not just the delay, it is the lack of transparency and the misleading updates that kept me waiting unnecessarily.

If you need parts urgently or expect accurate delivery information, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Delivery was very slow , part was genuine

Ordered two tiny plastic push rivets weighing less than 5g and measuring 1cm long on 6/4/26 at a cost of £5.76. Then charged a ‘small order fee’ of £2.98 and shipping (with Royal Mail 48 tracked) at £4.85.
Items not shipped until 17/4/26 and delivered on 21/6/26.
Whilst I didn’t expect Amazon Prime style delivery this is painfully slow in the 21st century.
If you need a part quickly don’t bother with this company.
Two stars awarded as the parts have arrived but in the most ridiculous sized box relevant to the items size. A small padded envelope would have been more than sufficient. Mind you, for the shipping cost of £7.83 they should have been in a gold plated box delivered an hour before I ordered them!

Best place for genuine vag car parts. They'll even help with confirming part fitment.

This is the worst service in my life. Parts arrived after two weeks. Communication was very poor and unprofessional. The part I received was not packed well and looks like a cheap, fake copy. I definitely do not recommend this shop. Stay away.
